What can I say.....simply sublime....from the appetizers such as the pie and the veggy fried pizza, the first course of fresh pasta with turnip cream, anchovies, tuna bottarga, toasted crumbs, ragusano curls and zest of lemon, a combination of flavors that pleasantly ousted in the mouth, the pork fillet with plum chutney, celery and sautéed fennel melts on the palate, leaving you with a delicate and indispensable aftertaste, which after trying it you will never do without. And finally, an exaltation of flavors, the churches cake with caramel popcorn. My most sincere compliments to the chef, a woman of great taste. Only those who are envious and have never had dinner like this can find a flaw. Owner staff friendly, kind, helpful and attentive to your every need. Excellent value for money! Definitely worth trying!

This place is simply amazing! We recommend it wholeheartedly. The food is delicious and creative, and the menu evolves (eg based on what’s in season). The cocktails are like a science - flavours you won’t have tried before that work in harmony. And above all the place is run with character, flare and love. We visited twice in two days - very rare for us - as we had so much fun. Thank you to the Soul Kitchen team! What you have here is very special indeed.

Without infamy and without praise. The welcome was appreciated, but the food offered less so. Despite the reservation, some products on the menu were not available. It must have been an isolated episode.

Close to our accommodation and we weren't disappointed. Had intentions of selecting tapas BUT l was sold on the grilled octopus with 2 types of potato puree. It was well presented, tasty and tender. Cleaned my plate up with their lovely fresh bread. My partner has the drunken beef with carrots, greens and potato puree. He too cleaned his plate with the bread. Eating here was a change from pasta as we've been in Sicily for 4 weeks. Finished the meal off with lovely tiramisu. Thankyou to all the staff.

Delicious tapas in a very nice location in Sta Lucia. Very attentive service, although there could be a bit of a wait on a busy night,. We tried the pot roast beef, Thursday tacors, some tapas. Everything was very good quality and deviates bit from the traditional Sicilian dishes you will find everywhere. The menu is fusion with some adventurous combinations. $12 cocktails, mostly mezcal based, and good wine choices.

Ieri sera ho festeggiato il mio compleanno in questo fantastico posto,che dire,la location molto accogliente,il personale impeccabile per non parlare del proprietario,un simpaticone che non vi dico,mi ha fatto ridere da morire, il cibo eccellente, tutto perfetto insomma,per la somma purtroppo non posso parlare, perché me l'hanno regalata la cena. Ci tornerò sicuramente, perché dove stai bene e mangi bene, bisogna ritornare 😊
