TLDR: Best vegan in Genova. Don't miss it! Atmosphere: Semi-underground, but cozy place. Bathrooms need spruced up and providing wifi, would be nice since no cell signal can reach the dining room. Service: Everyone was super kind. We were surprised how nice they were compared to the rest of the Northern Italians treated us! Food: Everything was good, tasty, and fresh! We tried multiple things on the menu. I really enjoyed the Carbonara and my wife the ravioli! The stuffed peppers were super flavorful as well and I would love to see more dishes like that!

Vegan and vegetarian menu. Everything was delicious, including the first courses (ravioli with eggplant in a vegan provolone fondue and a vegan carbonara).

I have been living in Genoa for three years but it is the first time that I have found a restaurant that offers a totally vegetarian/vegan menu, very refined in the combinations of flavors that surprise you from the first taste. Soul kitchen welcomed us not only with excellent food, but also with atmosphere and service: a greeting to the waiter who accompanied us who made us feel at home, with notes of sympathy and precious advice for the choice of dishes. The atmosphere of the place was no less: beautiful decorative culinary details on the walls, stone walls and vintage music. The quality/price ratio was more than fair, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful little restaurant in the alleys of Genoa near the museum area, prepared and friendly staff, we had appetizer, first courses and dessert and we were thrilled, you can see the research and love in every dish. All accompanied by excellent craft beers, but they also have an extensive wine list.

14/07/2025: A wonderful menu, delicious cuisine, a magnificent setting full of history and good taste, and above all simply excellent service, right up to dessert when our charming waiter prepared the tiramisu at our table...an unforgettable experience!

Every dish I tried was delicious, prepared with care and fresh ingredients. I highly recommend it to anyone in Genoa: it's worth a visit!
