Good product quality. Very fair prices considering the surrounding area. The girls are always kind and smiling during service, which is a significant asset in my opinion.

Excellent ice cream, friendly staff

I'm returning to this ice cream shop after a year and paying for a cone with three flavors. I ask the woman at the counter if she can add a little whipped cream, and she replies, "We don't have any cream." So far, nothing unusual: the cream could run out, the machine could be broken, etc. Out of curiosity, I ask if this is just a problem for this evening, and the woman replies (hence my surprise): "For the entire season, the owner of the place has decided we won't serve cream on ice cream." Regardless of this decision, which I find absurd for an ice cream shop, if the owner decides not to sell it, he's free to do so. What I found unfair and non-transparent was that such information should have been clearly communicated to the cashier before paying.
