A truly perfect evening!!
We started with exceptional and very fresh carpaccio and raw shellfish, to continue with a fantastic series of hot appetizers: oysters in Champagne, prawns alla buzzera, grilled octopus on potato cream, scallops au gratin and julienne of cuttlefish shaded with brandy with crispy leek. And already like this it would have been perfect but we couldn't resist the proposal of a risotto with cheese, pepper, lime and prawns. Simply excellent!!!
Even the desserts were no exception.
All accompanied by Sardinian Vermentini which went perfectly with the dishes.
Impeccable service and what about Giorgio and Gianna... wonderful and unique!!
Too bad I can only give 5 stars!!!!

Special and welcoming place. It feels like being in a botanical garden with a sea view, really nice! Good food, excellent service, courtesy and hospitality are not lacking. We had a really good time on Sunday lunch a week ago. The Sardinian fregula with fish is recommended. Good desserts, but slightly expensive. Unfortunately I didn't take photos of the fregula which looked very good. The prawn skewers are also good. The salad disappointed me a little, it looked like a bag of salad. Overall we had a good time and I would recommend it.

We had dinner with Giorgio and Gianna in the new location in Gabicce, an exquisite and fresh appetizer followed by a seafood-flavoured risotto. We will return to taste the cacio&pepe risotto.

Fish proposal that winks at Sardinian cuisine.
Fresh fish of excellent quality and refined combinations, the cellar has a wide choice of wines and the location is an oasis of peace.
The owners Gianna and Giorgio are super welcoming and professional.

Managed since April 2024 by Giorgio, very kind and professional, who welcomes you into the beautiful atmosphere of the tastefully renovated place and well inserted into the greenery of the Gabicce Monte hill. The typicality of Sardinia is immediately evident in the cushions and carpets but above all in the menu which offers a vast choice of starters as well as first and second courses of excellent quality fish cooked both according to local customs and with typical Sardinian specialities. The freula with seafood sauce and the special crudité appetizers expertly suggested are excellent. Good wine list,
generous portions. Worth coming back to try other dishes too, highly recommended!

The best. Fabulous fish, excellent service, adequate cellar. And please don't forget to try Giorgio's raw ham, a fairy tale and above all fresh and safe. What can I say...try and try and try again..
