Excellent experience. Varied menu, both food, drinks and wines. Very good quality, temperature and presentation of the dishes. Large living room, nice decoration. Cozy internal patio. Good service, very professional. Book through The Fork, €42 per person (20% off food) with a 750ml wine.

Beautiful venue in the village of San Giuliano. Good and tasty food. The endless wait for a Roman pinsa (excellent by the way!) made the evening less than pleasant. One tip: the veggie platter (appetizer) needs a rethink. The vegetables were really very good but it is not clear how to eat the accompanying topping... for example the chopped mushrooms or the olives would deserve a slice of bread/piadina on here!

Ristorantino carino, pulizia discreta, personale accettabile, ho mangiato abbastanza bene, avrei preferito sentire anche il sapore dell’olio “buono “ che ahimè mancava !!!! I camerieri correvano come pazzi con i piatti in mano sembrava che stavano in guerra 😂 tutto sommato ci potete andare. Prezzo nella media.

A pochi passi dal Ponte di Tiberio, il Ristorante “Sotto Sale” offre una cucina schietta con porzioni generose. Non conferiamo un punteggio più alto perché abbiamo trovato tutt’e le proposte culinarie nella media. Rapporto qualità / prezzo buono. Tutto sommato lo consigliamo.

We ordered seafood linguine and lime-flavored mezzancolle risotto. The fish felt very fresh but the pasta and rice were very bland. Not even a trace of lime... it's a shame because better dishes could be made with the excellent quality raw materials
