The place is a bit off the beaten track, but the spaghetti and especially the pizza are worth it. For me, it's the best pizza I've ever eaten. I highly recommend trying it 🙂

Courtesy, friendliness and cleanliness. Overall, a great place to have lunch. Although I had a meat-based lunch, it was impossible not to lay eyes on the pizzas going to the nearby tables. To return.

Staff amazing, food tasty, portions generous. You will leave satisfied. Lots of characters in attendance, regulars and those passing through. Ignore the wierd plastic ceiling and generic wall decoration, this place is more than the sum of it's parts, like a good pizza.

Trovato per caso. Locale non troppo grande. Pizza a dir poco buona. Prezzi nella media e personale gentile e disponibile. Unica nota negativa è la poccola sala super affollata che provoca un gran rumore. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Ci siamo fermati in questo locale a mangiare una pizza. Vasta scelta in menù, ingredienti di qualità, impasto leggero. Carino il locale, veloce il servizio, adeguato il prezzo. Dolci buonissimi:sia il tiramisù che il babà annegato nel rum!

05/04/2025: I stayed at this inn and the rooms are new and very clean. The location is excellent both for going to Borghetto sul Mincio and to the magnificent Parco di Sigurtà. I ​​also had dinner and the food was excellent. Thanks to the courtesy of the managers, and to the very kind Manuela, I will definitely return.
04/04/2025: This restaurant is a real discovery for those who love tortellini. The environment is welcoming and familiar, and you can immediately breathe an air of tradition. The tortellini are handmade, with a tasty filling and a perfect thin sheet. Served in hot broth or with cream, they are simply delicious. The staff is friendly and always available, and the service is fast but attentive. The wines are also carefully chosen and accompany the dishes well. A place where you eat really well, with authentic flavors and a lot of passion. Absolutely worth trying!

Trattoria Al Pompiere

01/04/2025: We eat at restaurants quite often, especially when we travel, and even though my steak was a bit too rare for my idea of ​​"medium," we really enjoyed this sweet, traditional restaurant. The owner/chef and his team are super friendly. We'll be back again and again. Thank you for the lovely evening and all your hard work.
22/03/2025: Incredible experience at Trattoria al Pompiere! We arrived without a reservation, more lost than a gringo ordering paella in Norway, and they greeted us with a giant smile. We wanted to try several dishes, and without even asking, they divided them into two separate plates. What a thoughtful touch. They seemed to know us and knew that if we tried to share just one dish, we'd end up shoveling forks. The food was very good. If you come to Verona and don't stop here, you're missing out... The waitress was very, very friendly.
