A friendly place, with a few high-top tables inside and an open kitchen. The offering is simple: a stuffed baked pizza. I ordered the one with porchetta. Excellent. The fridge is stocked with craft beers! Excellent selection. The wait was reasonable; I was there in the evening after dinner. The price was right.

A truly positive experience. Excellent products, quick preparation, and friendly service. The smiles are spectacular, but the real stars were the classic supplì. A true delight, expertly crafted. The only flaw was the cacio e pepe supplì of the day, which was dry and tasteless. Otherwise, an experience I'll definitely repeat.

19/05/2025: Buon posto nei pressi di piazza Navona, cena all'aperto, carciofi alla romana (abbastanza buoni anche se un po'acquosi nel tegamino), e due abbacchi con patate al forno, buoni e saporiti, davvero soddisfacenti. Con due calici di vino, al prezzo giusto. Turistico ma i turisti sono trattati bene. Approvato.
12/04/2025: Belle découverte lors de notre séjour à Rome! Pizzas, pâtes, tout était très bon, et le personnel très sympathique et de bon conseil. Petite attention à la fin du repas: un verre de Limoncello pour chaque adulte!

11/12/2025: Excellent food, staff available to answer any questions, and a restaurant furnished with a touch of class and beauty that's hard to find elsewhere.... Simone, the chef, is an artist; everything he prepares is a culinary work of art. The waiters are always kind and helpful. If you want to have lunch or dinner at Varesino in Rome, you have to go and then return. When you put so much passion into everything you do, the results are tangible.... This is what I feel every time I go to Varesino.
15/10/2025: Excellent food and service, the fish and parmigiana are special!!! A sincere and loving experience: Highly recommended!!!
