04/01/2025: The excellent Rossoblu decor fades into the background when the dishes arrive, excellent we will be back.

01/11/2024: with a friend, from Rome, we stopped for lunch in this restaurant during the trip. very well kept, clean and very characteristic place. super helpful staff and impeccable service. fairly vast menu and dishes out of this world, we had 2 absurd appetizers, 2 spectacular first courses and 2 senseless desserts. only applause for the quality of the dishes and the goodness of the ingredients. well done!!!! The bill is not exactly light but as it is right that you pay for quality!!!! It's a shame that I know about Rome otherwise I would have happily returned, both for the cuisine and for the beautiful waitress who served us.
