A simple, old-fashioned trattoria. The atmosphere is dated but clean and welcoming. Traditional Roman dishes are served with generous portions and generous glasses of local wine. I wouldn't recommend the Milanese cutlet, as it seemed overdone. The pasta dishes, roast suckling pig, and the "abbraccio" with potatoes are top notch.

We enter this 1970s-style restaurant run by Pakistanis, offering Roman cuisine. After we mention that there are six of us, the waiter snorts and looks at us askance (why did we ask to put two tables together?). We order the house wine and ask for the name, but they tell us they don't know. We each order a first course and a pizza.
The carbonara and amatriciana are good, although I think they have a lot of pecorino. The pizza isn't anything special, with a fairly heavy crust...
In the end, with five first courses, one pizza, four waters, 0.75 liters of house wine, and a coffee, we spend €100, a not bad price for the area.

A weird experience. There were two waiters. An old one, who might have been the owner, ignored all guests and didn't even say hello when we entered. Despite the fact the place was nearly empty, service was slow and there were mistakes in the orders. The food was OK but nothing to write home about.

Nothing lacking good food good desert worth the money. Not far from saint Peter's basilica. 4 people we ate a lot and it was about 90€.

Three of us were here, the pasta was delicious and we didn't have to wait long. There were few free seats at lunchtime. I recommend it.
