I loved the location. They have a lovely courtyard full of tables and host musical events. Upon entering, you pass by the beer tanks (which they produce) and go upstairs to eat. It's a beautiful and very unique place, bright, suitable for everyone, and with a warm atmosphere.
I had a Tantarobaburger and loved it. I would have preferred it to be made with a different type of bread because the soft one, in my opinion, devalues it and gradually becomes mushy as it absorbs the liquid from the food. The fries are delicious, but I think they're very salty. I highly recommend trying their delicious treats!

After the guided tour where they explained their beer production, we stopped at their restaurant.
We ate well; there was plenty to choose from, both for food and, of course, their beers.
A place worth stopping by to sample some good beers and spend a pleasant evening or lunch with friends.

A real surprise in the Susa Valley, a craft brewery with excellent beers, especially Slurp and Genny (recommended for those like me who aren't particularly fond of beer, flavored with genepy). Excellent and plentiful dishes, the grilled meat and garden goffro incredible. The meat is perfectly cooked and flavorful. The birramisu' is good. Highly recommended!

I went back after 10 years of stopping by on my way back from the mountains for an aperitif.
The menu has changed now, but it's even better... friendly, fair prices, and a very clean place... it deserves all 5 stars.

Tutto buono ma il servizio molto lento e i dolci molto lenti per servire e per chiedere …. La birra buona è gustosa e i gofri buoni ma la quantità un po’ scarsa , hamburger molto delizioso e la carne molto buona come gli anelli di cipolla e patatine fritte

Buona la grigliata mista e la selezione di birre artigianali (abbiamo anche preso una cassa di Cruis che normalmente ordiniamo on line sul loro sito). Non abbiamo preso il dolce ma la selezione sembrava molto interessante, ci torneremo sicuramente per provarli.
Prezzi a nostro avviso nella media.
