Dishes without too many unnecessary "frills." Defined flavors. Punctual service. Quality raw ingredients. Strong point: the fresh pasta. If they have fried artichokes, order them!! Maybe a little too long of a wait, but with apologies from Maurizio (the affable, kind, and friendly host), everything is fine. Absolutely fair price. We'll be back.

The restaurant consists of small rooms connected by arches and passageways, some with exposed brick walls. The architecture is meticulously crafted. The service was impeccable; the waiter was very knowledgeable in recommending dishes and describing them as he brought them to our table.

There are few words to describe the experience. My words certainly won't be enough to confirm the quality and deliciousness of the cuisine. I had high expectations, however, and they were happily confirmed. It's one of those places I recommend to everyone and for all palates. I appreciate the precision in highlighting the products used, starting from the mention on the menu. The waiters, with their knowledge, emphasize the quality and sophistication. I gave 4 stars to the atmosphere and service because there are small details that could be improved, but in themselves they don't compromise the quality of the experience. Compliments to the staff for their excellent work, and commendations to the managers for their passionate and rewarding atmosphere in every way. It's always a pleasure to return to this welcoming restaurant, where you're treated to the expert service of its excellent waiters, who are much more than that. They expertly advise and direct you to the many strictly seasonal dishes, pairing them with local, regional, or national wines that best complement them. Generous portions, sophisticated yet classic dishes, never boring, the selection is wide enough to satisfy every palate. A must-try for those who've never been before, and it's always a pleasant surprise to return. The service and food are always top-notch.

A super discovery! A charming place with a charming appearance. The waiter was very professional and knowledgeable. All the dishes were fantastic. The pappardelle with courtyard ragù was a dish you have to try once in a lifetime. The price was in line with the quality of the food. Truly excellent!!! Highly recommended.

Welcoming, excellent food, professional and friendly staff. The only drawback: tables very close together, small rooms, and therefore loud voices! The food was reasonably priced.

Historic and famous restaurant in Olevano Romano! Characteristic location in rustic yet refined style with terracotta floors and exposed beams, and even the way the table is set reflects this. The menu offers the flagships such as the highly recommended cannelloni and seasonal dishes! I liked everything I ate, the excellent selection of ingredients and the quality was evident! Courteous service, perhaps a little slow! I also appreciated the welcome appetizer and the free sweets with coffee! Excellent value for money!

Excellent restaurant in Olevano Romano. You have to book well in advance, but it's worth it. I highly recommend it. We had lunch on Valentine's Day 💘. The young man who served us was excellent, both in explaining the dishes and the bottles of wine 🍷. Excellent food and impeccably presented. What can I say? We'll definitely be back.
