I have been to Sora Maria and Arcangelo on several occasions and I must say that it has always been a fantastic experience. The atmosphere is welcoming, with refined furnishings and truly kind and attentive staff. The menu offers a wide choice of dishes, with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
The value for money is fair considering the quality of the food and the excellent service. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a memorable meal.

Excellent cuisine with excellent raw materials, generous portions and prices appropriate to the quality. It's worth coming here from Rome. We will definitely be back to try other dishes.

I wanted to try this cuisine, intrigued by its history and the reviews, it was a very good experience from the starter to the dessert, everything was of a high standard but the "pappardelle alla bifolca" were truly exceptional, the best pasta I have ever eaten.
The friendly and competent staff, the very pleasant and particular place. The very good chef.
It is worth and I recommend having this experience

Locale piacevole diviso in tante salette ma, a parte pochi posti auto proprio davanti, bisogna arrangiarsi a cercarne parcheggio lungo le strade del paese.
Come antipasti scegliamo il croissant con baccalà mantecato e cipolle risultato piacevole come la focaccia con stracciata e mortadella. Deluso invece dallo zampone arrosto che mancava di sapidità e con la cotenna troppo dura per i miei gusti.
Gli gnocchi con puntarella, aringa affumicata e stracciata così come le "pappardelle alla bifolca" sono abbondanti, buone sulla sufficienza ma lontane da quello che ci di attende da un locale di tale fama.
Salva tutto lo stinco con patate, unica portata all'altezza delle attese.
Servizio rapido.
Prezzi medi per piatti di grande abbondanza.

Rustic but at the same time well-kept place in the heart of Olevano Romano. After reading various comments and seeing the awards given to it by Gambero Rosso I decided that the time had come to try this restaurant. Non-existent welcome, as you have access to the room in a room where there is no one, and only by going down a few steps you reach the main room. Chef's entree: uninspiring broccoli in tempura, exaggerated size and no sauce to accompany. Very interesting menu with refined products and high quality raw materials. I started with a carpaccio of black angus picanha with truffle that was truly exquisite, tasty meat that melted in your mouth leaving an excellent flavour. First course pumpkin risotto of the month, really tasty, the black pig cheek was exceptional. Second first are Sora Maria's cannelloni. These were disappointing, the filling was too delicate and the tomato sauce was a little behind in cooking with a slight sour note. Followed by well-executed capocollo, excellent oriental sauce and good pak choi. The lamb triad was less good, I only liked the stuffed shoulder whose herbs were very tasty. Lamb cutlet with salt but above all nervous with very little meat, good but not memorable coratella. To conclude, an espresso tiramisu whipped up with a siphon which in my opinion did not taste like tiramisu as the coffee note was too light and the dessert was lacking in flavour, in addition to the fact that the name creates expectations that do not correspond to the realisation. The mandarin creme brulee with burnt meringue and mandarin sorbet enclosed in a tartlet is discreet. Good idea but the flavors were not well blended. The new wine offered to accompany it is good. Basic and unsmiling service. In conclusion, a good choice, the search for raw materials was excellent, but the production was less so, I was expecting something more on all fronts, cuisine, hospitality and service.

Ambiente molto bello-sia il dehor esterno,in un quieto angoletto di Olevano, che quello interno,”caldo”e autentico.
Menù interessantissimo,basato interamente su materie prime locali,rilette e rivisitate,ma non pretestuosamente:
Tagliere di salumi e formaggi eccellente,trilogia di abbacchio squisita,pollo coi peperoni inappuntabile.
Nota di merito al cerasuolo sfuso di Valentini e ad una pavlova ai lamponi indimenticabile!Servizio attento e competente.
Prezzi in linea con la qualità.Andateci quando volete farvi un regalo!
