Sora Margherita is an absolute guarantee! It offers classic recipes of Roman cuisine. It welcomes you in a classic tavern environment with wooden tables and paper tablecloths but its authentic cuisine makes you feel like a King! His Giudia-style artichoke is inimitable, the pasta offered with various sauces is handmade and takes you back to the flavors of your grandmother. The fettuccine with cheese, pepper and ricotta, the meat agnolotti and, when available, the rigatoni with pajata will make you understand why there is always a queue and without a reservation it is impossible to enter! The meatballs in roulade sauce melt in your mouth and to finish the ricotta Nutella and Grand Marnier will send you to Heaven.

I've been eating here for 20 years, it's changed quite a bit but it has never lost its quality or its roots. One of the few in central Rome where you feel that everything is truly "homemade".

Outdoor seats are better, inside is like a Chinese fry shop. Good quality of food, beer no comment, personally the value for money doesn't fit

The best authentic Roman food. High quality seasonal ingredients, crafted with love. Is still a hidden gem so don't missed up! They change the menu EVERY DAY depending of the selection of ingredients they have, Michelin star ingredients selection combined with Grandma homemade food.

What a disappointment to see how this place I loved has turned into yet another tourist trap, prices exaggerated for the quality. A hot beer, a plate of tomato agnolotti, a side dish and 4 donuts: 37 euros. In Rome you can find much better and with more attentive service.

Trattoria romana, serve piatti tradizionali. Abbiamo cenato all' aperto in una piazzetta poco trafficata. Piatti tipici preparati bene, servizio veloce, senza fronzoli

Pranzato con amici in questo ristorante tipico (menù scritto ancora a mano!) ubicato nell’ex ghetto ebraico di Roma, famoso per la sua cucina romana. Ambiente da osteria, staff cortese e professionale, cibo ottimo. Gustate delle ottime fettuccine cacio e pepe, uno squisito carciofo alla giudia ed una superlativa torta di ricotta e visciole. Con vino della casa, acqua e caffè si sono pagati circa 32 euro a testa.

29/07/2024: Good refreshment place in the eastern sector of Rome, on Via Casilina. Fairytale outdoor setting with poolside tables with water and lights that make the setting perfect and the summer nights cool, even in this sultry heat. Excellent food from starters, to first courses and up to desserts. Optimal.

14/06/2024: Incontrato per caso posto nascosto per chi non conosce la zona me ne hanno parlato e ci sono andato locale molto rustico con attrezzi da cucina antichi locale frequentato generalmente da camionisti quindi si mangia bene e operai della zona
13/03/2024: Molto buoni i primi che abbiamo preso ravioli ricotta e spinaci con il sugo all'amatriciana e le fettuccine con ragù di carne, forse la pasta era un pò andata di cottura . Molto buono anche il pane . Porzioni buone. Servizio molto buono, personale professionale, educato, disponibile e affabile . Luogo molto pittoresco, molti oggetti vintage sono esposti sulle credenze e mensole.
