Loved the variety on the menu, and the pasta was great! I also counted the calories using the service shown in the photo — quick and convenient. I’m using it regularly now to track my meals.

Super delicious. We didn't wait in line (important) and ate very well. Delicious pasta with ricotta and cacio, and pasta with meat... the most delicious pasta with meat, in our opinion. Very, very delicious. For dessert, the lemon sorbet is delicious! Highly recommended.

Excellent traditional Roman dishes; we tried pappardelle cacio e pepe, pappardelle with oxtail sauce, anchovies, artichokes alla giudia, lamb chops, tiramisu, and tart with sour cherries: all delicious. Highly recommended.

Excellent, the artichokes are the best! You can eat them all! A different way to prepare them.

Si puo' scrivere una recensione per lodare il lavoro svolto bene di un altro (come questo caso) o cercare il difetto in un locale,cucina e servizio semplice autentico e non turistico. Dopo anni e' un bel merito mantenere lo stesso livello di 20 anni fa'. Bravi,tutti.

Nel cuore nascosto del suggestivo Ghetto Ebraico di Roma si trova una storica osteria che sembra sospesa nel tempo. L’accoglienza è calorosa, autentica, proprio come la cucina, che è curata con maestria da un team di donne straordinarie. Qui, le donne fanno davvero la differenza. L’atmosfera è semplice, rustica, familiare — ti senti subito a tuo agio. Niente fronzoli, solo sostanza: piatti e bicchieri da vera osteria, proprio come ci si aspetta quando si vuole gustare una cucina sincera. Il menù, scritto a mano, è essenziale ma ricco di sorprese. Ogni piatto è un’esplosione di gusto e viene preparato con precisione e passione. Il protagonista assoluto? Il Carciofo alla Giudia. Una vera istituzione romana, qui cucinato in modo impeccabile, alla pari con quello servito solo in altre pochissime, antichissime trattorie. Sora Margherita è un piccolo gioiello romano. Un luogo del cuore.
