Restaurant was full and busy when we arrived (1300) but they graciously offered to turn the heaters on outside for my wife and I, and we had the courtyard to ourselves. Service was prompt, and both meals were incredible. Large Meatballs with rich tomato sauce & homemade fettuccine w/ caccio de pepe came out very quickly. We can tell why the locals like it.

Historic Roman trattoria in the Ghetto. I am always satisfied: excellent pasta, exceptional artichokes, very good ricotta and sour cherry cake. The place is small and the tables are very close together, but it's worth it.

Recomendado por un amigo local, el restaurante propone una variedad de platos tradicionales romanos. Tienen un menú diario, basado en ingredientes frescos. Nos encantó el ambiente, realmente se sentía auténtico y tradicional. La comida era DELICIOSA! Realmente disfrutamos de la comida y seguramente volveremos. Es muy recomendable la polpeta, las alcachofas giudia y el fetiche al sugo. El especial del día fue pappardelle de corzo y estuvo súper sabroso.

Posto semplice,abbiamo mangiato nel gazebo esterno che da su una piazzetta tranquilla. Abbiamo mangiato consiglio le fettuccine a cacio e pepe e i carciofi alla giudia,tutto buono. Torta ricotta e visciole strepitosa.Servizio veloce,prezzi nella media della zona

29/01/2025: A place that is a gem. Starting from the top furniture with a unique style, passing through a special and warm welcome and ending, of course, with excellent food! Advised!
22/01/2025: Angelina is now a famous restaurant in the Testaccio district. And also an excellent space to enjoy appetizing aperitifs! In fact, there are many tastings that are served together with a glass of wine or beer! We start with lupins and olives; at a time then of grown pasta balls, meatballs with sauce, parmigiana, panzanella and excellent fried anchovies! The environment is very welcoming and the staff are friendly and helpful.
