Absolutely loved this place. The seafood was delicious. Staff were really attentive and the atmosphere was great.

I had the pleasure of dining at Osteria Sora al Ponte during my trip to Venice, and it was truly one of the highlights of my visit. Nestled in a charming spot by a quiet canal, this local gem offers a warm, authentic atmosphere that immediately makes you feel like you’ve discovered something special. The food is absolutely delicious traditional Venetian dishes made with fresh, local ingredients. I highly recommend the sarde in saor and the homemade pasta, especially the seafood options. Everything tasted like it was made with care, just like a home-cooked meal. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, happy to explain the menu and recommend their favorites. You could tell they genuinely enjoy what they do, which added so much to the experience. Prices were fair for the quality and location, and the portions were generous without being over the top. It’s the kind of place that feels both relaxed and full of character perfect for a quiet lunch or a romantic dinner by the canal. If you’re looking to escape the overly touristy restaurants and enjoy real Venetian food with local charm, Sora al Ponte is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Venice!

Cute place in touristy area. They had a vegetarian option. My son got seafood. We enjoyed our meal here watching people and eating relaxed.

Excellent place. The lady serving tries to speak Polish (nice), the food is awesome. Full belly, the atmosphere makes you happy to be in Venice on your 10th anniversary. Greetings to all.

Not exactly cheap, but truly delicious, cozy, beautiful, and truly Venetian in a less touristy setting. About €120 for two people (starter, homemade pasta, wine and spritz...). Our new Venetian favorite.

Ci passo davanti e mi ispira. Controllo su Google, non mi convince. Consulto Tripadvisor, dove sono verificate, e prenoto. Atmosfera veramente accogliente e piacevole, luci giuste, musica in sottofondo adeguata, piccola sala ma non rumorosa. Personale di servizio internazionale, preparato, attento, educato (parliamo a livello di servizio in sala). Menù non troppo ricco ma adeguato, carta dei.vini di conseguenza. Prendiamo due risotti al nero di seppia: il piatto non è certo dei piú complessi, ma questo è veramente squisito e di quantità forse addirittura eccessiva. Riso cotto a puntino, sapore impeccabile. Proseguiamo con una grigliata mista condivisa (e meno male, è veramente sostanziosa): buonissima e con pesce freschissimo. Ci aggiungiamo un piatto di patate fritte, molto buone anche queste, a fettine fini con buccia, come va di moda oggi. Il tutto annaffiato da un Durello, un po' ricaricato nel prezzo ma accettabile nel contesto. Acqua gas. Sorbetto al limone (eccellente), caffé. Totale: meno di 70 euro a testa. Prezzo piú che adeguato per il mercato odierno, tenuto conto che siamo a Rialto, a Venezia. A Bologna avremmo pagato di piú. Ci torneremo!

El sitio está, como lo dice su nombre, sobre un puente sobre uno de los canales que comunican al GRAN canal a escasos 150 m. Muy cerca del de un mercado. Entre callejones y plazas es un sitio que destaca por su buena decoración y su enclave estratégico. La amabilidad del personal es particularmente a destacar. La calidad de la comida es muy correcta. Los precios son justos sin ser nada excesivo. Un sitio para disfrutar en la terraza aunque el interior presenta una cuidada decoración.
