Every time I go back I like it more and more. I'm from the province of Milan and every time I go to Alessandria to visit my brother-in-law, it's a permanent stop!!! Very good with few ingredients, farinata made with chickpea flour, oil, water and very little rosemary. Too bad it closes on June 10 due to intervention by the owner and reopens in September. I highly recommend it, hurry up before it closes!!!!

Dovrebbero fare un monumento ad Antonello e a sua moglie per l'attività che stanno portando avanti in un luogo storico di Alessandria. Dal nome si intuisce cosa facciano: solo farinata. E uno si chiederà: come può sopravvivere un locale facendo un solo prodotto? Perché la loro farinata è SPAZIALE. Buonissima, non unta, cotta a puntino. Per un pasto veloce ed economico o una scorpacciata colossale non importa: la farinata si prende solo qui.

Locale pulito ed accogliente. Proprietario e gentil Signora molto cordiali. Vi è possibilità di consumare sul posto per 4/5 persone. Farinata buona e, dato il volume di lavoro, si trova sempre calda; raramente è capitato di trovarla tiepida. Per dare una misura nell'arco di sette / otto anni che frequentiamo il locale, sarà capitato due o tre volte. Buon bilanciamento degli ingredienti e, personalmente, gradita la presenza di rosmarino nella farinata. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo: una porzione, abbondante, €. 5. Lo consiglio.

22/06/2024: Suggestive location, overlooking a beautiful panorama of the Tortona hills, very good food. very pleasant evening, varied menu, everything taken care of. Excellent to sit at the table without having to choose and immerse yourself in the service offered with tastings of each course, good assortment of wines and desserts. Compliments to the always kind and polite staff.

10/08/2024: I didn't stay there, however when my bike ran out of battery over a long distance for a big trip during a major obligatory stage, they helped me, offered to recharge my bike at the shade and on an armchair to wait. They are adorable. I think that if I go through there again in the daytime I would sleep at their place this time
