A landmark restaurant in San Sicario, it recently changed management, introducing some changes that aren't always for the better. At 12:03, I asked if I could order food, and the girl at the counter sighed and looked at her watch, shooting annoyed glances at the owner. I should point out that the time indicated 12:00 as the start time. In my opinion, a little flexibility and kindness wouldn't go amiss. That said, the prices are high, although in line with the valley average. The products are high-quality, and the polenta is very good.

06/01/2026: Delicious dishes, fresh ingredients. The food is good, the pizza is excellent. The premises are clean. The staff's kindness, courtesy, and helpfulness are impressive—something you won't find anywhere else. Laura, the owner, is exceptional. It's a good idea to book on weekends to secure a table, given the high number of customers. Even if the restaurant is crowded, the wait times are acceptable, and the quality of the food makes the small inconvenience of a wait worthwhile. The desserts are also very good, some of which are homemade.
