We ate some excellent burgers, perhaps a little expensive, but the courtesy and friendliness of the guys who served and cooked our lunch made up for it!

A simply enchanting place at the foot of the mountain. In winter, it's easily accessible by chairlift. Good slopes.
Service was a bit slow, and if I hadn't remembered about the table, they'd forgotten. However, the food was excellent in a stunning setting. Lounge chair rental available for €5 (a good price, I'd say). The gazebo is a bit pricey (€100). Overall, a 5-star setting. The path to get there is easy, even for those with very young children. Definitely recommended. It closes by 5 pm when it's crowded. Otherwise, even earlier. I recommend booking.

Unfortunately, we picked the wrong day for everyone. On a rainy day, we took friends to what is truly a magnificent place, where we've always had a great time. We ordered sandwiches (first, he told us they didn't have polenta) and they arrived still cold from the freezer (the bread wasn't even warmed up). It was obvious they wanted to close quickly given the weather and didn't feel like serving lunch... it's really a shame because they could have clearly told us it was closed given the weather (we even called to make sure it was open). It was a shame, but it was a terrible experience.

Fantastic cabin with a stunning view. Average food. You pay for the lawn chairs, but I'd allow restaurant guests to use them for free. I recommend booking.

We reached it after a two-hour walk from Sestriere. Stunning view. Despite the crowds, the service was fast and impeccable. Excellent food.

Nice place with a great view, very good food at a reasonable price for the area (Sestriere), but it's worth it, so we went back. Excellent salads.
