We had the pleasure of relying on Bedda Matri Infernetto for the catering of the last two BNI meetings we organize every Wednesday at the Hotel I Triangoli. There were about thirty of us in attendance, and I can say that everyone, without exception, complimented the quality of the food and the excellent organization. The staff's kindness and professionalism made everything even more enjoyable, allowing me to impress the members and guests alike. The Sicilian specialties were the real added value: authentic flavors that transport you to Sicily, without even leaving Rome. I recommend Bedda Matri to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality catering for their events, or to anyone who simply wants to enjoy a quick but authentic meal. I accompanied my husband, a Palermo native, to get a panelle sandwich, an arancina, and a fried iris. Aside from Paola and Giorgia's friendliness and kindness, which I wouldn't take for granted, everything we bought was delicious, fresh, and incredibly delicious 🧏🏻☺️ Excellent ingredients, cooked with skill and, in my opinion, also with a lot of love.
