Nice location. You can choose to sit inside or outside. Both the places to sit are great. The coffee is also good.

The food is excellent, the service is fast and above all they are all friendly, helpful and with a smile. An excellent place for lunches, dinners but above all aperitifs. The quality/cost ratio in relation to food is unparalleled. Absolutely worth trying.

Stupenda,molto accogliente e gentile la sig.na Daiana. Preparata e disponibile per ogni evenienza. Ci ha offerto due Bracchetti (rosso frizzante) e un aperitivo completo da accompagnare. Da consigliare per gentilezza cortesia e servizio il locale Socrate!!!

Splendid venue in the center, overlooking the central square of Varese, developed on two floors connected by a comfortable spiral staircase. Great decor and nice urban view, good offer of wines, beers and spirits. Fast and courteous service. It also deserves more than 5 stars, shame about the toast which was good and plentiful, but not at the top.

22/04/2025: Excellent for an aperitif. Very kind staff.
27/12/2024: A bar in a vintage venue in Masnago, with photos that recall a time when trams passed without polluting. Excellent coffee, a nice place upstairs where you can have a chat with friends in peace. Small tables outside, often equipped with flower vases that give a touch of colour. Very kind owners.
