Historic neighborhood restaurant. Informal environment suitable for both groups and families. Good quality of dishes which can vary from Roman to fish. The service is also good. Fair prices.

Good pizza restaurant with good food

I have known the Alessandrina tavern since I was a child, we used to come there with my grandparents and back then it was called la Romagnola. Over the years it has carried out renovations of the premises but the family tradition of the owners remains a certainty, where in a rustic and comfortable environment you still have the feeling of being at home today. The various first and second courses are excellent and the real traditional Roman pizza on the plate is excellent, now increasingly rare to eat. I recommend it

Their strictly handmade lasagna as well as their fettuccine with classic ragu, their beef steak, their sautéed vegetables, not to mention their cheeses such as mozzarella, their rosy-coloured ham that literally melts in your mouth, in short, everything is always rigorously delicious and to think that before we always went to Abruzzo on Sunday to savor these delicacies, now we will never move from here again, eat from God and in Rome....!!!!!! Excellent starters....good first courses...excellent service......for the pizza next time but looking at them they look very good.....!
