Beautiful, clean, elegant, and welcoming venue. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent service, and delicious food. A real find in the heart of Palermo. I highly recommend it if you want to spend an evening enjoying delicious dishes and feeling pampered.

Beautiful table, everything was perfect. However, it was incomprehensible how to access a wine list. I wanted to order a nice bottle, but ended up with just a glass. What a shame.

Sobremesa is a little gem. Small menu with lovely food, fresh local ingredients cooked and presented very well. A great wine list. Very good service and a great atmosphere. Reasonably priced. One of my fave restaurants in Palermo.

If you are looking for a special food experience go to Ristorantino Sobremesa. Small curated menu, interesting interpretation of Sicilian cuisine. Top fresh ingredients and perfect preparation. The bread (crusty), the olive oil rich, the antipasti street food excellent, primo ( one if the best aglio olio we ever tasted) and secondi ( frittura just perfect). The service is super attentive, always with a smile. And the advice on accompanying wines was perfect. A very clear recommendation!

The food was good but the portions were small; the burger wasn't beef, which was disappointing. There wasn't much choice and the prices were quite high for what was offered. The staff were friendly. Disappointing.

The food was refined and beautifully balanced in flavors. I had the shrimp pasta — very tasty but on the rich side, so keep that in mind when ordering. Overall a high-quality dining experience.

Ho prenotato al Sobremesa per una cenetta tipica nel cuore della mia città natale. Devo dire che è un locale moderno ma forse più adatto ad un target “straniero” invece che per un abitante del luogo: il menù è molto tipico, ho trovato poche innovazioni o rivisitazioni, e i prezzi leggermente sopra la media per quel che ho mangiato. Tutto sommato si può fare, suggerisco di farci un salto per provare qualche specialità del luogo in una veste più chic.

17/01/2026: We returned to Carlotta in Villa last night. We tried the lemon croquettes (spectacular) and the Tunisian bricks (delicious). This time I tried the pizza, with a special dough, which was very light and easily digestible, with quality ingredients. My wife and daughter confirmed their choice of meat and fish couscous, which I also tried, very seasoned with an excellent broth.
11/01/2026: Excellent pizza and fagottino with unleavened dough that was crispy and light. The homemade almond parfait was also good. A highly recommended experience.

30/12/2025: My wife and I went to this lovely restaurant two nights in a row during a vacation in Sicily. We ate fish, and the second night we came back because we'd eaten so well. The place already puts you in a good mood with its unique decor...but then you're greeted as if you've known them forever!! (And we were two foreigners...) . Fresh fish, cooked and presented divinely...everything was perfect!! For the holidays they have a homemade panettone served with a cherry-flavored passito red wine...if you're here during the holidays, be sure to try it!! Thanks guys, we'll definitely be back if we're in the area...well done!!
