Beautiful setting, we went to a jazz concert and it was a wonderful experience. Recommended.

Always recommended, the bar is also excellent, with cappuccino and both sweet and savory croissants, perfect. There are long tables for sharing where you can study or work.

This review is only regarding the café. Visits were outside of any high demand time or event. On the sign this area is referred to as 'pausa caffè' and 'dehors'. There are 3 sections total in these categories. As you walk in there's a front indoor seating area with no table service. It's common to all three food service options; café, restaurant 1 and restaurant 2. Then a back indoor seating area followed by the outdoor patio, both of these with at least limited table service ... BUT ... there's a system. If we're not mistaken normal procedure is that 1) you go to the cashier, tell them what you want and pay. 2) Slide over to the people behind the bar with your receipt visible so they can look at it if they want and wait for eye contact then communicate what your order if the cashier didn't. 3) Bring the simple/quick things to your table - the back indoor seating area where the bar is has only about 10 tables. 4) They bring the other things to your table if there's prep that has to be done before service. One note is that there are many people moving around behind the bar and they seem to specialize ... Intensely, given their conversations with each other! In fact one person served the crosiant but a different person made and served the coffee. I can only imagine that if you asked the cocktail specialist to make you a sandwich, you might get a 'Soup Nazi' type of response 😹. In particular, some observed behaviors/reactions of personnel whenever we have visited could also be attributed to individuals with special needs. If this is indeed the case, a more patient and positive attitude would help elicit better and more accurate service. 🛑 One note regarding this last visit is that our enthusiastic server tried to bus our half finished coffee as we were taking the picture of the patio. We found both indoor spaces warm and toasty on this visit despite the cold, icy 'breeze' outside. Sound volume inside was fairly low, with really only the attenuation due to the height of the ceilings to deal with. Our coffee 'specialist' had pulled us perfect cups of 'Tierra®', a coffee we really appreciate. The crosiants were tender and flakey. In particular we can recommend the pistachio filling. It was sweet but it wasn't a sugary paste with pistachio flavor like some are. It was essentially pistachio butter. Similar to peanut butter but more finely ground and much lower viscosity.

Snodo is always a guarantee: a unique, well-kept, and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for an aperitif or just relaxing. I want to give a special compliment to Roberto, the waiter who looked after us. Kind, helpful, and very attentive, he made us feel truly welcomed. His approach makes all the difference and makes the experience even more enjoyable. Kudos to him and the staff!

I attended a musical event by DJ Asco with his Symphony of Chaos show, and it was very well organized. The acoustics inside are good, and the ordering and drinks service were excellent.

I had the opportunity to attend two jazz evenings at the OGR and dine there. The atmosphere is truly amazing: ultra-modern, clean, and very welcoming, with a harmonious atmosphere that makes everything even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly and, above all, attentive to our every request. The food was also a pleasant surprise: we had two Fassona beef burgers with fries and some truly sensational tapas. Everything was excellent. A place where you feel at home, ideal for a quiet evening or to enjoy good, quality music! I will definitely be back!

I've been looking for such a professional and inspiring place to work remotely for a long time, and I'm so happy to have found it. The bar and social table staff, especially Roberto and Godfrey, are very courteous and know how to interact with customers in a friendly manner, so I often go there, even on holidays, for a coffee or an aperitif with friends.

Extremely helpful and professional staff who clearly care about providing good service.

Be careful, the menu says filtered AMERICAN coffee, but in reality it is the classic espresso served with hot water on the side.
