Great little small bat perfect for a quick lunch. Very kind and friendly staff serving the table. The tripe soups and pasta as well as the meat stew are all very very good. Price very reasonable as well ! Definitely worth going.

If you are away from home and want to feel like family, stop and eat at Pino, the food is superb, a modest but welcoming place, efficient service. The bill is very honest. I conclude by saying that I was amazed. All good. Pino gives a thumbs up to the famous establishments.

Historic bistro in Cisternino, very convenient especially when you are late from work and don't have time to prepare. It offers excellent hot or cold traditional cuisine (and more), prepared with care and expertise, for a complete meal or a quick snack. Good assortment also at the bar counter. Clean and welcoming environment that hosts both passing tourists and local customers. Possibility of eating inside and outside, on a terrace overlooking the charming, tree-lined Via Roma. Always open from breakfast to lunch and dinner. Worth mentioning is the helpfulness, kindness and courtesy of the staff.

Family-run place, simple place ideal for those who love homemade and genuine cuisine at the same time. It offers first and second starters prepared fresh every day. For over 30 years in the center of Cisternino, Pino (the owner) has been the point of reference for those who want to treat themselves to an aperitif at any time of the day. This year, on the occasion of the local fair on 8 September, we were able to taste the sheep in pignata, excellently prepared as tradition dictates. Excellent quality/price ratio

We stayed in Cisternino for a week, we dropped into this family run snack bar, the pasta was excellent, the lady and son who are the cooks, then advised us to try the local "Panzarotti" really tasty, these were washed down with local white wine, a few beers for the girls, very inexpensive, will definitely go back there. Molto soddisfatto, lo consiglio. Il gelato era ottimo, cremoso e con un prezzo contenuto. Decisamente adatto ad una bella passeggiata e per il caldo di agosto.

Bar gelateria storico di Cisternino perennemente affollato in cui bisogna fare necessariamente tappa; gelato artigianale di un buono che non si riesce a descrivere "cremoso e dolce al punto giusto con il profumo e il sapore tipici appunto del gelato artigianale", insomma il miglior gelato d'Italia, lo posso dire? Non da meno il caffè e la cornetteria per la colazione, ma la vera sorpresa é che a fronte di tanta qualità e bontà corrisponde un costo decisamente abbordabile a tutte le tasche e pertanto "vai di gelato dal Bar Roma"...il mio preferito? gelato alla bignolata e nocciola. Un plauso ai titolari e personale per la passione che ci mettono e che si vede..
