I don't understand the negative reviews, the waitress changed tables for us to be in the shade and she was smiling, and instead of taking the sandwich for 9€ recommended the menu for 8.50€, (sandwich + drink) at final the price paid and the good one...

18/03/2025: A typical Italian bar not far from Santa Maria del Fiore. But with completely normal prices - cappucino for €1.80. Hardly any tourists, which is also very pleasant in crowded Florence.
