Small Cucina...And More! In San cesario di lecce

THERE IS ONLY THE NAME OF SMALL I had only imagined a fiftieth anniversary party like this. And I did it together with Antonio, chef and soul of this small restaurant who also addresses large events on a first-name basis. From the excellent food to the attention to detail, from the preparation of the rooms to the professionalism of the staff, Small created a ceremony to remember for me and my guests (also thanks to the splendid location of Tenuta Gatto in Caprarica). Highly recommended.

Nice, welcoming restaurant, clean, excellent service, tasty and well-plated dishes. Even though it was a gift drink, we found no discrepancies in the service.

It was a sublime Sunday lunch! There were four of us and we opted for the menu of the week, all exceptional starting from the artisan Salento pittula accompanied by an excellent welcome glass of prosecco. The first courses were delicious, nettle dumplings with prawns and porcini mushrooms! The second course included a red snapper roll with vegetables and baked potatoes, unbeatable! To close this magnificent lunch, the house dessert, the icing on the cake. The wine list is also excellent. Super quality/price ratio. Super friendly staff and attentive to every detail. We'll see you again soon!

Very well organized and tastefully furnished restaurant, where the service is impeccable from welcome to farewell. The menu features zero km dishes and fresh local products so it has a certain seasonality and can often vary based on the availability of raw materials. It also offers the possibility of a fixed menu at a reasonable price, so it is also very interesting for younger couples, but essentially it is a fairly classy environment with revisited but not botched dishes. Personally I find land products better than sea products, but in fact in Salento the tradition is more linked to the land. The dessert menu is also beautiful and you can ask for small variations for the children. Overall I can't recommend it enough and I'm sure that in the summer the summer garden will be an addition I'll want to try.

One of my favorite restaurants. A 5-star chef, refined and delicious dishes, cooked with love and natural ingredients. A welcoming and warm room that makes you feel at home, the staff serious, professional and kind. If you are looking for a quiet, non-chaotic, welcoming place where you can eat well, you can't help but choose Small. Top!!

We chose Small for a beautiful 50th birthday party in an exclusive location. Antonio's professionalism convinced us immediately, but the quality of the service and the dishes exceeded our expectations. Complete buffet of traditional flavors with careful research into raw materials, rich in variety of dishes and quantity. The cake and desserts were also delicious, tailor-made to meet our requests. A special thank you for the gluten-free menu much appreciated by our friends. Well done Emanuele and all the staff, dealing with a busy evening full of guests of all ages and enlivened by a live music concert. We have only received compliments, so we can only send them back to the entire organization. We will definitely see you again in your restaurant because we loved that too!
