Perfect, a former butcher's shop, now a food court, with tasty sandwiches and dishes, and excellent quality meats. Friendly and helpful staff. Recommended.

A very nice restaurant / butcher in the heart of Sambiase. Fresh meats all cut and cooked to perfection! Very kind and helpful husband & wife owners. So many different things to try I will definitely go again!

This is a "hidden harbor" in the historic center of Sambiase. More places like this would make Lamezia Terme and Sambiase a much more interesting place.

A butcher shop converted into a small restaurant. I was there last night; we didn't try the sandwiches, but we focused on the grilled meats, which I'd say were excellent. Everything was good, though it's a shame they didn't have the famous jacket potatoes. The wine was also excellent; they have a wide selection, but I preferred the local red, which I thought was excellent. The owners are friendly.

02/03/2026: I stumbled upon this place after hearing great things about it from several people, and I can only confirm everything I'd heard. The food is excellent, with delicate and well-balanced flavors that enhance each dish without ever being overwhelming. The service was also impeccable. The waiter was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive, always ready to offer advice and carefully explain each menu item. We also had the pleasure of meeting the chef, a truly competent and passionate person. You can sense how much he cares about his customers; he's attentive, friendly, and always present, exuding great care and dedication in every detail, both in the kitchen and in his interactions with guests. A truly pleasant experience from every perspective. We'll definitely be back.
