I ate a genuine piadina romagnola, freshly prepared and cooked to order. Unfortunately, many kiosks in the area use packaged products, which is a bad sign for this land where good food is sacred. The piadina is PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) and incredibly good.

Starting from the assumption that it's the best piadina I've ever eaten, I found the most comfortable atmosphere ever and was welcomed by a charismatic and engaging person. It goes without saying that he loves and knows his job (it's rare to find people who smile at their customers these days). Highly recommended! I've definitely found a trustworthy piadina shop!

Sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet. Auch sah alles sehr sauber und gepflegt aus. Der Geschäftsführer war auch sehr nett. Preise waren auch völlig in Ordnung. Eine gute Alternative zu Pizza und Pasta.

08/10/2025: The restaurant was welcoming and very beautiful, just what I liked. I came for dinner alone after a tiring day and felt right at home. I had the parmesan soup with mushrooms, which was very good, and a glass of wine. The staff was friendly, professional, and always smiling. If I ever return to Faenza, I'll definitely be back!

The entrance opens onto a mouth-watering cured meats and cheese counter, followed by several rooms with high ceilings, wooden tables, and thoughtful interiors that convey the wonderful vibe of a convivial, yet elegant, osteria. Let's move on to the menu: after choosing from dozens of cured meats and cheeses, the menu offers a small but very interesting selection of main courses. We ordered marinated mantis shrimp, lamb meatballs, and roast goose breast, plus a selection of cheeses and a dessert to finish. All the dishes were carefully prepared and beautifully plated. My only complaint is that I would have eaten twice as many meatballs! The cellar is well-stocked, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the prices are fair. I highly recommend this place!
