I ate a genuine piadina romagnola, freshly prepared and cooked to order. Unfortunately, many kiosks in the area use packaged products, which is a bad sign for this land where good food is sacred. The piadina is PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) and incredibly good.

Starting from the assumption that it's the best piadina I've ever eaten, I found the most comfortable atmosphere ever and was welcomed by a charismatic and engaging person. It goes without saying that he loves and knows his job (it's rare to find people who smile at their customers these days).
Highly recommended!

The "Slow Piada" piadineria is exceptional.
The food is delicious, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the service is impeccable.

Sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet. Auch sah alles sehr sauber und gepflegt aus. Der Geschäftsführer war auch sehr nett. Preise waren auch völlig in Ordnung. Eine gute Alternative zu Pizza und Pasta.
