The name of the place says it all...
What I liked most was being able to build your own sandwich.
I had a beef burger (but you can really go wild) with a whole grain bun, adding onion rings and a herb-flavored sauce. Sooo good.
Plus, fries are included with every sandwich.
They also have vegetarian options, so it's sure to please almost everyone!

Excellent burger, I ordered the 150.
Super-top fries.
Wide selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Just the right wait time (for cooking an Angus beef).
I'll be back as soon as I have a cheat in the middle of my diet.

The gluten-free sandwiches are very good, with numerous options to choose from. I've always had a great experience, although the last time I sat down, I was told I'd have to wait at least half an hour for the gluten-free because the bakery was busy. I said that was fine and ordered. After a while, the waitress came back to tell me I'd have to wait at least another 20 minutes for the fries, so they brought me some nachos. I'll also add that I find the prices a bit excessive for burgers: I understand the option to customize, but paying at least €18 for a sandwich is a bit excessive.

We came for dinner as a family (two adults and a 3-year-old).
The service was quick and the sandwiches were delicious, with customizable fillings. We were very impressed by the waiters. They were very polite and kind, but above all, friendly!! You make the atmosphere very pleasant, congratulations! We'll definitely be back!

After a great tennis match at the ATP Finals, I decided to have dinner at this famous burger chain. I'd been there a while ago and was pleasantly surprised. The place isn't bad, quite spacious and beautifully decorated. The menu is incredibly varied, and as for the sandwiches, there are hundreds of possible combinations. That's precisely their strong point: maximum customization. I ordered onion rings, which were decent. Next, a dry-aged beef sandwich and a variety of other options. Delicious, nothing to complain about. The downsides are the confusion that this kind of service can create and the prices (I spent just over €30 for onion rings, sandwich, fries, and two beers). I'll be back to try a smash.

Guys, what a great meal!!!! Mattia, whom I met on the fly that morning during the ATP Finals event and met up with again that evening at 11 pm at the pub, is a great friend!!! I had a buffalo burger with fries, tomatoes, lettuce, and bacon... exceptional!!! Great experience, and as planned, I'm going back today around 2 pm. Emma is also a great person, very smart!!! A big THANK YOU and a big hug to everyone. 😘
