A wonderful experience, exceptional meat! This place lets you build your own sandwich, starting with the meat (there's something for every taste and preference, from the most classic to the more unlikely like kangaroo), all kinds of bread, ingredients, and sauces to taste. The staff are exceptional, kind, and know how to recommend excellent meat and wine pairings. A warm welcome and friendly service are guaranteed. They even let us bring friends to the table despite the late hour and even offered us sweet treats at the end of the meal. Excellent value for money. Also, since I'm a tourist, I asked if I could take something with their logo and was given a really cute water bottle. An absolute must-do! Thanks Skassapanza! 😄

Lots of options to customize your dishes. The waiters are very friendly and professional. I especially liked Fabrizio and Francesco; they're the kings of the place. I'm now a regular. Highly recommended.

Downtown Skassapanza, located in a quiet corner of the city, in front of the Palatine gates, very good hamburgers, courteous service, waiting times to be reviewed, but overall I recommend it to everyone.

The sandwich is good, nothing memorable, but good. Considering that the service is little better than that of a fast food, the prices are not at all in line. The outdoor location is valuable, overlooking the marvels of the Palatine Gates.

This time we wanted to try the pizzas!
Same "technique". The customer chooses the ingredients. More than satisfactory result. There is a lot of choice and a lot of competition within the "quadrilateral". This place is definitely worth considering. Even when it is crowded the service is fast. The staff is friendly. Absolutely worth trying. Recommended.

Posto bello, accoglienza simpatica.
Ti fai il panino con la carne che vuoi ( e ce ne sono di tutti i tipi), con il pane che vuoi e con gli ingredienti che vuoi. Buonissimo, gustoso, gudurioso. Io ho preso il manzo uruguaiano piccante... ma c'era di tutto.. bisonte, chianina, fassona, cervo...Uno degli hamburger più buoni assaggiati.

Cenetta tranquilla tra amici, il locale per fortuna nostra era vuoto, ma abbiamo mangiato tanto e molto bene, i prezzi un po’ sopra la media, ma si paga la varietà e la qualità della carne
