29/01/2025: ZANARINI fantastic, wonderful, top class,
around 1pm today I went up to the room on the upper floor,
beautiful F led me to a beautiful table,
I had the millefeuille with chantilly cream, fantastic, (photo), recommended to me by F,
last time the 'perle e rubini' (photo) white chocolate mousse and raspberry glaze, also fantastic,
and both times delicious orange grapefruit juice,
and cappuccino with whipped cream,
desserts are always accompanied by whipped cream,
and then a plate of delicious biscuits,
and a glass of mineral water included in the price of breakfast, fried potatoes;
great class, the joy of being in a truly classy, luxurious place, of sitting and being happy;
no other place in Bologna is like this, it's not just tradition, it's class, refinement, it's certainly among the best in Italy;
ZANARINI like Cova and Marchesi in Milan, like Doney in Rome, the best;
the service is of course perfect;
and the prices, to have an experience like this, I really pay them willingly;
