I come here often and I have to say the quality of the products is always exceptional! Well done!

My partner and I have been coming here for breakfast for several months (if not years), and there's a reason for that: the food is excellent and the atmosphere is very pleasant (especially the outdoor garden). The girls are always very kind and helpful, so why did I give the service a star? Unfortunately, the young man with short hair was repeatedly rude during orders, revealing a marked lack of enthusiasm. Unfortunately, since he's the one at the cash register and therefore always the first interaction, this leaves a decidedly bitter taste in the mouth, even after the splendid croissants and delicious Sirani cappuccino. I'd also like to point out the complete lack of utility of the self-order kiosks; they're completely unused, and while I don't 100% appreciate using paper, I understand the logic and convenience, so it doesn't influence my opinion. However, I would recommend replacing the paper spoons with biodegradable plastic, as paper leaves a distinct taste in the mouth. I don't usually write reviews, but the way I was treated at the checkout today prompted me to write one, as being addressed in a very unfriendly tone by the person who is supposed to welcome the customer and invite them to stay makes a really bad impression...

You can also have a drink at the bar (be careful, you pay at the cash register or on the big screen outside the bar), you pay for sweets at the cash register. It offers outdoor and indoor seating. A very pleasant visit. Prices are reasonable. From 2.5 euros for sweet pastries. For the better pieces you will pay about 5 euros. Coffee costs around 2.2 euros - 4 euros.

The quality is good and adequate for the price, but the organization of the service leaves much to be desired. After ordering via tablet, you are forced to collect the drinks from one place and the croissants from another, creating unnecessary passages and queues. An inefficient system that does not lead to a real saving of personnel, but rather to a fragmentation of the service that penalizes the customer. Everything could be managed much more simply in one place.

I went there for the first time about a year after it opened in Brescia, attracted above all by the pastry shop. In fact, I had a cappuccino and a brioche, very good. The sweet products you can find are of many types and vary according to the time of day and the season. I then went back for the gourmet pizza (the indecisa was excellent) and for the ice cream. Often you can find special flavors paired with a liqueur, some phenomenal, others a bit risky in my opinion. Friendly and helpful staff, I will go back.
