Singapore In Bologna

09/02/2025: It's the Chinese “restaurant” with a capital C. Whatever dish you choose is perfect. It has nothing to do with the Chinese restaurants that 99% of people are used to. The raw materials are perfect and the execution of the dishes is like a Chinese gastronomic manual. Perfect wine selection. But all this comes at a high cost which is absolutely fair for what you are given. In short, if you think about entering a place for a few euros per person, it is not your place. I have to write this because many might expect a low-cost place. Their lobster gnocchi, freshly caught redfish, salt and pepper. Freshly prepared Vietnamese rolls are absolutely all textbook dishes, but their top is clams with soy. Their cooking preparation techniques are perfect. Perhaps it is one of the best restaurants in Bologna.

18/01/2025: We took a tasting menu and it was a great experience... excellent dishes with quality products.
