Sina Hot Pot In Prato

We often go to eat here, we love it. Really good food, staff who are always there for you in a kind manner and a relaxing and peaceful environment.

There's nothing bad I can say about this place. Beautiful, spacious, pleasant music that's not too loud, excellent food of the highest quality! I woke up feeling truly full! The ravioli and homemade pasta were AMAZING! The broth was delicate yet flavorful. The service was excellent. Matteo (I think) was our waiter, extremely attentive, attentive without being intrusive, and very polite and helpful! The bill was also low considering the quality, quantity, and unique experience (€35 per person, but really, we ate a lot because the portions were generous!) The only flaw: it's freezing cold when you open the door. They should reconsider the entrance with a separate seating area. Other than that, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Spectacular place! I had dinner here with a friend at an unusually late hour (12:00 AM), and despite the hour, the staff welcomed us and served us warmly and cordially. The food was excellent! The staff is always ready to advise on pairings and cooking times. Come for dinner and you'll feel pampered! We'll definitely be back! 5 out of 5 stars, well deserved.

Beautiful place, we went to celebrate an event and the desire to try something new, we were welcomed into an elegant and sumptuous place, the price I must say is a little expensive, around €40/45 per person for a dinner, everything is paid based on the type of choice, the experience was nice, but I certainly won't repeat it, if I go to eat I don't want to be careful and note down the cooking times of the food... excellent quality food of course, but nothing special.

Fantastic experience, it was the first time we tried the hotpot and so it was all a discovery: the waiter was really kind and very helpful in explaining everything to us and giving us advice. He composed the first sauces for us and I must say that both were spot on. Her professionalism was counterbalanced by a waitress who was subsequently a little pressured to let us move on to dessert while we were still eating the second course. But whatever, nothing that ruined the experience for us. We ordered several dishes, even unknown ones, all delicious, the quality of the food seemed excellent! The environment is pleasant, there is distance between the tables and the furnishings are nice. The price is absolutely reasonable, you can easily choose both more expensive dishes and tasty but cheaper dishes, so it seemed very coherent to us! We will definitely be back Note: We left a tip for the waiter at the counter and it was promptly placed in the cash register. Maybe it's not used, so don't leave tips

Fantastic experience!! We had never tried hot pot cooking and we loved it. The staff is very friendly and assists you in choosing the food to order. Since the wait for the table would have been long, they reserved an entire room for us. The raw materials are of good quality and the prices are fair in this place you have fun cooking!! Excellent restaurant with hot pot menu. In Prato the quality is unparalleled. The price is a little higher than other hot pots but the quality is on another level. I highly recommend the fresh pasta which is space. It is convenient to order mixed dishes of mushrooms, vegetables and tofu. I highly recommend.

It’s delicious. The fish maw chicken hot pot bottom is very delicious. It’s the best hot pot I’ve ever had. The dishes are also very fresh. Highly recommended.
