We went to this restaurant because we had very high expectations (we went for the pizza part). The pizza dough is incredible, but I honestly don't think they're worth what they charge. They have a peculiar way of preparing some of their pizzas in which they cook the base first, and then add the rest of the ingredients on top without going through the oven again. It's not that they were bad, but it's not for me. I give 3 and not 4 stars since we were especially uncomfortable. There is hardly any space to move (not even the waiters can maneuver) and privacy is zero: you can eat perfectly while sharing conversation with the diners next door).

SimBIOsi, outstanding interior design and atmosphere. There’s a constant positive energy in this place, all the food looks air to trying and delicious. I ordered the quinoa Salad which was soft, full of fresh flavor, balanced with an oil dressing. The risotto was delicious too, complex flavor. The waiter sprayed eucalyptus essence over the dish when he played it, felt very special and overall a sign of a serious dinning experience. Definetly trying more dishes in SimBIOsi, coming back soon.

We had breakfast at this place during our stay in Florence and it was great: the food is good, everything is fresh and made on site, the waiters are pleasant. We recommend!

28/01/2025: This place has two doors, one is for pizzas and the other place is more of a restaurant, in both the food is very good, quality.
23/01/2025: I didn't like it, the dough was hard, the bottom was dry, I think the temperature of the oven is not enough and the service was not successful. It's edible, but don't expect too much.

05/12/2024: Friendly, smiling and discreet staff. The breakfast pastries are excellent. Showcase always full of desserts, mignon, savory corner with pizza, stuffed focaccia, bread. They also have artisanal panettoni of different flavors... The pastry shop we all want at home!!
