First visit and the food was absolutely lovely. Friendly staff good atmosphere and a great price for the options. Definitely recommended yum 😋

Without infamy and without praise. The place is divided on two sides of via Ginori and is not very welcoming, in one part there is the pizzeria with a few tables and on the other side there is another space with a few tables also outside. The pizzas were high edged but not crunchy and not very rich but they were enjoyable

Excellent pizzas! It's fresh, it's tasty, there is choice and quality products. No more desserts on the other hand... a somewhat approximate service and toilets without a lock in a lamentable state.

Very tasty and, above all, inexpensive pizza for Florence, you can get a pizza for just 7 euros. It's cute on the inside and our waiter was very accommodating :)

The decor is really nice. That's why I got in there. But, the food was totally average and small portions. The bread is really bad.

Stopped into SimBIOsi on a late evening around 8-9 pm, was recommended to us by our hotel! Also, it was one of the few restaurants that wasnt booked up that we wanted to eat at. We were able to sit right away. Had a cute little table facing the street looking through some opened doors. They were out of the ravioli which was disappointing, but we tried some other dishes. Everything was made fresh to order and all their pasta was hand made. The stress fresh local ingredients and being environmentally Friendly/organic! The food was good!! At the end of the meal they even gave us a little bag os pasta to try and make at home!

22/07/2024: I stopped by Borro for a drink and light snack and it was such a lovely experience! The service was quick, kind and attentive. There was music playing nearby and during golden hour it was nothing short of magical. With a view of Ponte Vecchio without the chaos of being near Ponte Vecchio it was my favourite spot so far in Florence. Since I only had a drink I can’t say anything about the food but the drink was nice, but a bit strong. Their wine selection was lovely however. I’ll be back!

07/08/2024: It is a nice place, but not for the price, at least for lunch. The venue is cozy and intimate, and it seems like it's a one-man show, where the owner does everything. He's really welcoming and seems to be having fun. However, everything is served in a cardboard/paper plate which simply doesn't look professional. We didn't want to judge the food solely by it, but if there's no dishwasher, you bet there's no kitchen. Everything was reheated. It wasn't bad at all, it was good, my truffle pasta was a bit oily, but that's normal when you reheat sauces. Even if the owner says the pasta is prepared by the "best restaurants in Florence", it is still just microwave pasta, which is unacceptable for the price, even in a bistro. I've paid the same in fancy-ish trattorias next to the cathedral. Maybe it's different if you're looking for wine and meat boards, since those are freshly cut by the owner. But if you're looking for pasta, the price is simply not worth it. If it was cheaper, it'd be a great place. Again, the owner is very nice and quick and it really seems like he's doing his best.
05/08/2024: A superb discovery at the bend of a small alley. You can stop there with your eyes closed! Many thanks for this great family time!
