The pizza was good; you could tell the ingredients were high-quality. The flavors on the menu were original without being "odd." I took one star off the food because the pizza arrived lukewarm. Three stars for the service, due to the indifferent waitress who served us and the fact that the pizzas arrived very staggered (there were eight of us, which is understandable, but the first person served had already finished by the time the last one arrived). Three stars for the atmosphere because the bathroom was clogged and the place was overly crowded.

Delicious… I eat a lot of pizzas, and I have to say this is one of the best. We stumbled upon it by chance, and it was worth it. I hope they continue with their zero-mile and organic concept… Highly recommended.

Hands down the best pizza we had in Rome and Florence — so fresh, so delicious. The organic Coca-Cola was a lovely surprise, and the warm, smiling staff gave us the most perfect night in Florence ✨🍕

Stoped in for late afternoon snack ahead of late night reservation at another restaurant. Took 30 minutes to get bruschetta — and only after asking about its status. Door would not close and staff seemed confused as to how to seek a resolution. Waiter was absent minded. The food was good.

We visited Local in September on a recommendation. The pizza and bruschetta were delicious. If you're looking for pasta, you'll find it across the street.

The place has a slightly rustic look but is very well maintained. The exposed whitewashed walls are appreciated. A bit cramped for the number of seats available. The courtesy and speed of service were impeccable, as were the quality of the dishes. Recommended.

26/02/2026: After wide researching, this restaurant offered the best tasting menu in Florence. Beautiful restaurant in an easy location. Service was kind and attentive. Unbelievable that this is 1 Michelin and not 2! Every plate was truly delicious and packed a real tasting punch. What I liked most was the staff who were very warm and professional. As a lone diner I was really well looked after. The chef is inventive without being crazy. The whole kitchen team is very, very skilled especially the Sous. Will be my number 1 recommendation for Michelin dining in Florence.
