Old fashioned, good, genuine stuff: beautiful! Gluten-free is also excellent, nice to find a gluten-free place even in an isolated location. Quiet place, spectacular wine, everything excellent!

Frankly, history seems to me to be well behind this place. Sufficient food, enormous waiting times and excessive spending especially when compared with other places (shelters and restaurants) in the area. The only note of merit was the gentleman who took the order. Efficient and excellent host. For the rest, if I can, go elsewhere.

Informal restaurant in a clean but somewhat cramped environment, friendly, approachable staff. It is really worth stopping to eat here before arriving at Abetone for the varied choice on the menu of delicious dishes of the ancient Tuscan cuisine typical of the mountains, in particular the mushroom-based dishes but also all the other dishes including homemade desserts.
Excellent value for money; It's calm in the mountains, don't stop if you're furious!

Homemade and informal restaurant located in Pianosinatico. Very courteous and helpful staff. Exquisite food, you absolutely must try the fried porcini mushrooms and the other porcini-based dishes (I recommend tagliolini and crostini). The homemade desserts are also excellent. Wide choice of starters, first and second courses. Prices normal.

A sandwich, a humble sandwich but with good cooked ham and good cheese and served in style, paired with an equally excellent house wine. I'm waiting to be able to return for lunch or dinner. In short, for a real meal! The name entices: history at the table. I'll be back.

Giunti che eran quasi le 15 proviamo a chiedere senza molte aspettative se era ancora possibile pranzare; veniamo accolti da un signore, che credo essere Silvio il titolare, con una gentilezza squisita. Abbiamo pranzato magnificamente con antipasti e primi della tradizione locale preparati con estrema cura. Assicuro di alta qualità.
Il conto adeguatissimo. Veramente consigliato! Mi fermerò ogni volta che valicherò l'Appenino.
