Vacanza in Sardegna. Io e mio marito ci siamo recati in questo albergo attratti dal nome e dalla gentilezza al telefono all'atto della prenotazione. Accoglienza all'arrivo esaustiva e completa. Abbiamo optato per la 1/2 pensione, i pasti sono stati sempre buoni ed il servizio sala ottimo. Una Lode di merito a Francesca, disponibile e sorridente, pronta a rendersi utile. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Sicuramente un nome da pubblicizzare. Evviva Silvestrino!

It could have been but it wasn't!

We stopped here for lunch and having little time we ordered an appetizer and two first courses. We were unable to test the desserts. The food was good, the service was a little unusual perhaps (typical of Stintino) but a positive experience nonetheless. My bill is a little above average: 63 euros, drinking only water. If you're wondering what Sylvester kisses are, I'll leave you the photo. They were good.

We ate at the Silvestrino restaurant one lunchtime, and we were very well received with our dog, the service and the quality of the meal were top! Thank you so much ! We recommend +++

Buon servizio, ambiente semplice, prezzi di antipasto mare misto e spaghetti vongole esagerati. Buona scelta dessert. Non ci tornerei.

Highest quality fish prepared in the simplest and tastiest way there is. Worth a stop. Service a little rushed, but it can happen. Overall it deserves top marks.

We stayed at the Hotel Silvestrino for two nights in early September. Hotel Silvestrino overlooks the Porto Vecchio of Stintino and has an excellent position for getting around the center of Stintino on foot and reaching La Pelosa in just 12 minutes by car. Near the hotel you can find many free car parks which allowed us to quickly park the car without costs and without time limits. The Hotel Silvestrino is a historic hotel, the structure dates back to the 80s, as do the bedroom and bathroom. This did not take anything away from our experience, in fact it made it even more distinctive. Francesca, the receptionist was extraordinarily kind, because she immediately welcomed us and accompanied us to our room floor on foot, and offered to carry our suitcases up, given the lack of a lift in the structure. We chose the room on the top floor with the terrace for exclusive use, which allowed us to enjoy the beauty of both the sunrise and sunset. The breakfast is good, in line with the services offered. The Silvestrino Hotel is an excellent three-star hotel, which I recommend both for its price quality and for its strategic position in the center of Stintino.

How nice it is to treat yourself to a dinner at Silvestrino every year. Everything was delicious, unique kindness and that beautiful feeling of being at home.
