We went to the restaurant. Nice and well looked after environment. We ate well: starter, first course and dessert. Simple dishes, but with very good products and normal portions. Good appetizer, you could taste the fish, first we had spaghetti with tuna bottarga, on the advice of the chef's brother; they were really very good and very creamy, which is very particular for this type of product. We also took some typical desserts, also well prepared and with good quality products. Good service, helpful, friendly, ready to give advice and smiling. A place worth taking into consideration in my opinion.

Un mio amico Stintinese quando gli nomino Silvestrino dice sempre “Sinonimo di qualità”. Non potrei essere più d’accordo. Le materie prime ineccepibili e l’attenzione ai sapori rende una cena da Silvestrino un momento prezioso.

Pleasant hotel ideally located near the sea, pleasant and professional welcome, small downside in terms of breakfast, lack of choice but fresh and good produce. Good point for the Italian and modern style room with beautiful view from the balcony ideal for romantic evenings 😍 the air conditioning in the room did not work hence the heat especially at night but overall nice little hotel to visit the beautiful town of Stintino 👍

Spacious and cozy rooms, owners and staff really warm and attentive. There is an authentic family atmosphere which makes the difference. The restaurant is simply faboulous, aragosta alla catalana is worth the trip (even the longest one). I have been coming here for over 20 years now and everytime

The room with the terrace was beautiful, comfortable beds and a wonderful view. Corrias Jimenez's paintings stole my heart, as did the photos of local landscapes. Excellent location, and exceptional staff, especially Francesca and Piera. Piera is an encyclopedia on the history of the place. The only thing I would recommend is the use of local products for breakfast, given the goodness of those used in the restaurant. I can't wait to go back.
We were in the restaurant in the evening. Very friendly service, family atmosphere. Food flawless and delicious. The red house wine was really very good 👌🏽

Visiting Stintino today we went to this restaurant (one of the few open), excellent cuisine, friendly and comfortable service.
Excellent dishes I recommend unique squid ink risotto. 🤩🤩🤩 excellent value for money. RESTAURANT ONLY
