You eat well, the quality-price ratio is excellent, especially compared to the prices in Stintino which are certainly not cheap. Instead, at Silvestrino we spent the right amount and ate well: the mussel soup was really delicious, Olbia mussels full and fresh, very fresh sauce. The first courses were good and plentiful, we will return to taste the rest. Impeccable service, Marco served us, a true professional!

We ate the fish of the day at the restaurant. The location and service were magnificent, but we found it a bit expensive and lacking.

Impeccable service in every aspect, with great attention to detail that attends the customer throughout the entire stay in the hotel. All the dishes offered are of the highest level with fresh and high quality ingredients. What can I say, this is the typical place in Sardinia that in addition to offering excellent service, gives a warm memory of the territory that welcomes the tourist.
