Welcoming atmosphere, good food, generous portions, and the order taker is very professional, kind, and gracious. Recommended.

DEVASTATING! (Especially the truffle cappellacci)!!! I've been dreaming about them ever since I ate there. I hope to return to Carpegna soon to eat them again.

Delicious platters of regional products. We had the passatelli in broth, excellent! Very friendly staff. We'll be back.

A nice and welcoming restaurant/wine bar in the center of Carpegna. The service is good, the wine cellar offers a wide selection, and the house wine is also good. The appetizers are good: a platter of cold cuts and cheeses with crostolo, and the first courses with porcini mushrooms and truffles. As for the meat, I've only tried the tagliata, which was decent. The prices are fair; I recommend trying it at least once.

A well-kept restaurant, friendly staff and excellent food. Our choice was difficult between the beautiful pizzas that paraded before our eyes and the grilled sausages with chips. In the end the sausages won and an excellent grilled cockerel with roast potatoes included. All accompanied by two exquisite fornarine and beer at will. Generous portions at excellent prices!!! We will be back, we recommend it if you go to Carpegna you must try it!

1 The bottles of wine, I'm not saying to polish them, but at least remove the dust before bringing them to the table. 2 Wine at room temperature (especially in summer) is not inviting; opt for craft beer in bottles, at least it's fresh. 3 The tagliata is good and the raw Carpegna is also good. 4 Prices are normal.

Il titolo da me scelto potrebbe sembrare un banale slogan ma in questo caso, vista anche la competenza di Samuele, calza proprio a pennello! Il ristorante "Da Silvana" non ha certo bisogno dei miei elogi e non ha certo bisogno di mie recensioni per essere qualificato come un ottimo ristorante dove la tradizione e l'innovazione si sposano meravigliosamente. Lo conosco da tempo e ogni volta che ci torno la considerazione è sempre la stessa: qui si cucina con capacità, rispetto delle tradizioni e promozione dei prodotti locali. Realtà come queste sono veri e propri presidi di qualità che valorizzano al meglio i nostri bei luoghi arricchendoli con una proposta rivolta a turisti e non di alta qualità. Ho portato con me un folto gruppo di amici a pranzo dopo una visita organizzata al Palazzo dei Principi che hanno apprezzato entusiasti quello che ha rappresentato un degno finale alla bellissima giornata di visita alla cittadina di Carpegna. Complimenti a tutto lo staff del ristorante.
