Very quiet place! Friendliness and excellent food!

Eccellenza solita sia per la location, sia per le portate, sia per il servizio. Antipasti con ampia scelta, terra e mare; primi ( fatti in casa) e secondi con materie prime del luogo ; dolci , anch’essi creati e non industriali. Peccato che , come abbiamo letto in in altra recensione, non si possa dare che solo 5 stelle, ma qui si può dare sicuramente la lode! Grazie di esistere.

A wonderful restaurant, definitely our favorite from our time in Castiglion Fiorentino! We ended up eating here twice for dinner because it was so good. The food is excellent and the owner & his wife are incredibly friendly. He recommended excellent wine choices both nights and you can tell he loves his job & is a master at finding the perfect wine! We look forward to returning one day!

It was raining outside and Silla’s was not open yet… however they kindly let us in early so we wouldn’t be out in the cold. They made us feel so welcome and they were so passionate about their food and local area. We had the best dinner we had since being in Italy and we would recommend it in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience! We will definitely be back!

A cozy restaurant in the narrow streets of Castiglion Fiorentino with a small but exquisite selection of Tuscan dishes. Be sure to ask about the house's daily special. an absolute top service from a mega-friendly staff. definitely recommended 👍👍👍

If there was an excuse to visit the magnificent town of Castiglione Fiorentino - in addition to the quiet, the postcard panorama, the historic architecture and the archaeological and artistic gems of which it rightly boasts - this would lie in the hospitality of Silla's. The atmosphere is that of the best French bistro, but the warmth and attention of Gabriele & Co are all - allow me a wave of regional pride - Tuscan. Entering a place and, from the first moment, having the feeling of being at home. Unparalleled. Almost - ALMOST - the professionalism, dedication and ability of the dining room and kitchen to amaze us both with a thoughtful cellar and with genuine and not at all obvious dishes take second place. In short: dream place, for the whole family. I know that I will return to Castiglion Fiorentino, for its atmosphere, for the loggia overlooking the Val di Chio, for the art gallery and for the museum next to the keep... But, honestly, not before booking a table at Silla's.

I can absolutely recommend Silla's Bistro in Castiglion Fiorentino. The portions aren't really big, but we found all the dishes we ate very tasty. We ate here twice and were always satisfied. There is a very nice and extensive wine selection. We were always recommended a suitable house wine 🍷 to accompany our dishes. We had really nice conversations about different wine regions and varieties. We were welcomed and served in a very friendly and warm manner. We will come again. Grazie 💚🤍♥️

The most lovely restaurant! Pamela and Gabrielle who own the place, are so warm and welcoming. They make you feel right at home. The food was delicious and we can’t wait to come back!

Andare e poi tornare è già esplicativo. A cena il 21 e bissato il 23. Enoteca Bistrò di ottimo livello. Qualità in cucina, empatia nel servizio, rapporto qualità/prezzo ineccepibile. Non cercate un menù chilometrico: qui ci sono pochi (giusti) piatti che richiamano la tradizione ma con il perfetto connubio in ammiccante innovazione. Dalla tagliata al baccalà, dallo gnocchetto al raviolo, dal dolce alla degustazione mirata col calice adeguato. Trovarsi bene poi non ha prezzo: un plauso a tutto lo staff per l'impegno, la simpatia e la cordialità. Per me il n° 1 nei tre giorni in Val di Chiana
