We stayed a few days in Castel Fiorentino, and we did not expect this pleasant experience.

Passing through Castiglion Fiorentino, we had lunch at this beautiful wine bar. The atmosphere is clean and modern. The food is excellent, with carefully prepared dishes. Authentic, with grandma and mom in the kitchen. Friendly service. Deliciously fresh and exceptionally good dishes. The Tagliate al Rosmarino. Delicious. And don't forget to leave room for a freshly made dessert.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was well-presented but not as exciting as it looked. The first courses we tried were disjointed and lacking in harmony. The second courses were better than the first courses, but could use some improvement. There's great potential, but the first courses need a revisit.

We didn't choose this place to dine; the place chose us because looking out the window gave us a sense of relaxation and good food. Never was a choice so perfect. The exquisite staff made you feel at ease and recommended the best. Even our dog was spoiled and pampered. The appetizers were delicious, the first course superb, and the homemade desserts impeccable. The wine we recommended and tasted was a pleasant surprise. Is this the essence of dining?
