A very pleasant discovery!!! Truly excellent products!!! I savored a grilled sandwich, with typical products (mushrooms, sweet raw ham of their production) A true oasis of taste!!! The owners are cheerful, very kind and helpful!!!

For us now a fixed stop when we return to Cosenza, we spent Easter Monday lunch with the family and our expectations were largely satisfied. We ordered the caciocavallo fondue with truffle, roasted and breaded porcini mushrooms and a venison carpaccio, as starters; then some first courses, tonnarelli with deer ragout, pappardelle with hare ragout and a truffle and woodcock risotto. From the first to the last dish everything was exceptional, the raw materials were truly of excellent quality. We concluded with a delicious homemade liquorice liqueur. The friendly and professional service, in short we will just have to wait until we can return this summer.

We had a divine meal brought to us by a local friend. Excellent pickles, first courses and meat. The cutting board is also excellent. A separate mention for the mushrooms: both the breaded and fried ones and the ones in oil are truly excellent. Those served with tagliatelle are also excellent. Highly recommended, we will certainly return.

Premesso che ci sono stato con mia moglie molte volte per fare panini imbottiti e per acquistare prodotti tipici come ricottine caserecce e preparati tipici silani rimamendo sempre molto soddisfatti.
Oggi abbiamo scoperto anche il ristorante, è praticamente dietro il negozio e basta girare nella piccola traversa per poter accedere alla saletta che sembra un piccolo chalet.
Qua è stata una bellissima esperienza, il caciocavallo piastrato ai funghi è stato la mia prima scelta, morbido e filante e con i porcini è stato una goduria, poi i crostoni con guanciale e formaggio erano buonissimi, peccato che i crostoni sono troppo spessi per i miei gusti ed io avrei preferito fettine sottili tipo bruschette ( ma ripeto, questo è un mio parere basato sui miei gusti personali), se no tutto buonissimo.
Poi i primi, gli scialatelli alla pecoraia, con salsiccia, porcini e ricotta salata sono stati perfetti.
Vino della casa ottimo.
Il personale è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile, Gerardo molto simpatico e Roberto il titolare è stato il Top.

I knew Campanaro for the sandwiches filled with lots of goodies. I discover that in the "back shop" they offer an incredible restaurant service. Costs are slightly high but we enjoyed every moment. The environment is very hot and the clothes will forever smell of mushrooms... but what an experience! Well done

Given that I have been there with my wife many times to make stuffed sandwiches and to buy typical products such as homemade ricotta and typical Sila preparations, always leaving very satisfied.
Today we also discovered the restaurant, it is practically behind the shop and you just need to turn into the small side street to access the room which looks like a small chalet.
Here it was a wonderful experience, the grilled caciocavallo with mushrooms was my first choice, soft and stringy and with the porcini mushrooms it was a pleasure, then the crostoni with bacon and cheese were delicious, it's a shame that the crostoni are too thick for my tastes and I would have preferred thin slices like bruschetta (but I repeat, this is my opinion based on my personal tastes), otherwise everything was very good.
Then the first courses, the scialatelli alla pecoraia, with sausage, porcini mushrooms and salted ricotta were perfect.
Excellent house wine.
The staff was very kind and very helpful, Gerardo was very nice and Roberto the owner was the Top.

cibo buono, preparazione e servizio buoni, ma mix prezzo ( del quale non ci si può lamentare perché riportato chiaramente sul menù) con quantità sbilanciato perché la quantità era minima..
es. filetto di manzo a 25 euro, un solo pezzo che sarà stato crudo al max 150 g., le patate mbacchiuse invece abbondanti..
locale piccolo un po freschino con un bagnetto fuori esterno non molto elegante e freddissimo.
non ci riproveremo.
