After buying some wine from them, we decided to stop for an aperitivo with a view of the Arno.
The atmosphere was lovely; we only ordered a €29 platter with gnocco fritto, and the portions were quite generous. We're not sure if the rest of the food was good or not.
The €5 cover charge was quite high, but I think it was more for the view of the Arno than the service (because it wasn't great). All in all, we had a good time, so I recommend it.

The food was okay. The service needs improvement. It wasn't busy, but it was mediocre. You even pay at the table without seeing anyone; it's impersonal, like McDonald's.

We stopped for lunch during a visit to Florence, and had a wonderful time.
The staff were very friendly: they let us sit before service began so we could settle our 3-month-old baby, which was much appreciated (and we found the changing area comfortable and clean, a big plus!).
The appetizer platter was nothing special, and the first courses were good.
The location was truly enchanting, with a spectacular view of Ponte Vecchio.

The service was excellent, the view was excellent, the food and appetizers were delicious (I had spaghetti), the wines were excellent (primitivo dumondurio - slightly sweet, without body). I don't understand why the rating was low. We bought plenty of wine for gifts.
