It's a very cozy place and perfect for an authentic and quick lunch. The service is attentive and fast. The dishes are very good and varied. If I lived in Genoa, I would come back often. Well done!

The lunches in this restaurant are absolutely satisfying: the location in Vico San Matteo, in the heart of the historic center of Genoa, and the style of the interiors are a winner; the staff were very courteous (they allow personal variations in the composition of the dishes) and the proposals were excellent: the Papavero salad with turkey, tomatoes, poppy seeds, walnuts and burrata - requested to replace the mozzarella - was delicious, as were the sandwiches. Also delicious are the various soups or minestrone with legumes in the winter, and the various desserts available from time to time. Really advantageous price compared to the goodness of the food. Definitely recommended!

Early in the morning, in windy Genoa, I stopped for breakfast in this delightful bistro. I was welcomed with kindness in a clean, well-kept and very particular environment. I highly recommend it to anyone who is in Genoa and wants to take a break while walking through the alleys. It is also possible to have lunch, with a wide choice of dishes available.

This is a hidden treasure with many authentic Italian dishes. Locals love this tucked away cozy spot to linger on long lunches. We went back a few times. The food and wine is tasty and well priced.
