When Tokyo marries Sicily. You pay as an all you can eat for the highest quality fish and sushi you have ever eaten in your life.
Recommended by a friend and found by chance on Reddit as 'the best ethnic place in Bologna'. A wonderful experience that I will definitely do again.
I recommend the options with scallops, mazzara del vallo shrimp, red fin tuna, pistachio pesto, with almonds and with truffle. The desserts are also good, as well as the beers and last but not least the Japanese digestive offered by the very kind owner.
Since the place is small, I recommend booking in advance.

Delicious food and very particular tastes... very welcoming and quiet atmosphere... very kind and attentive staff!!!
I feel like giving a very personal opinion to be taken as advice, the place is very small and in my opinion it should be valued more as it has a lot of potential! for example the color of the walls would be nice if it were a more refined colour... softer lights and hiding the upper part of the kitchen as it is illuminated by cold white lights... the place is still beautiful but in my opinion it could be a bit more in an aesthetic sense👌🥰

A small place but really worth trying.
If you are looking for an all you can eat this is not the place for you, here thanks to the culinary wisdom of Chef Noriko you can rediscover the true meaning of sushi, which is not just "raw fish" but is really an art form that succeeds to customize with local ingredients for a fusion version that truly reaches very high levels.
I just really have to thank you for the experience!

Beautiful meeting between Japan and Sicily in this marriage of sushi flavors with the inclusion of Mediterranean ingredients. It was born from the meeting of a Sicilian with a Japanese cook and in their small restaurant which was created mainly for takeaway but allows consumption on site in a small Japanese restaurant style. Try everything!
