Sicilia Nostra In Carlentini

A local reality that has been present in Lentini for many years, the restaurant has recently been renovated and features an internal restaurant and an outdoor lounge that the local climate allows you to use all year round. The environment is pleasant despite rather commercial choices in both finishes and furnishings. The service is of a good level, but not impeccable: it happened several times that the staff bumped into my seat without apologizing. The general friendliness could also be improved. We ordered some fried foods that arrived hot and not completely dry and some pizzas. The pizza had a classic base that could be improved in lightness and hydration, the toppings are of good quality. In my opinion, the prices are high compared to what is offered and the experience in general.

I chose our "sala nuova Zagara'" in Sicily for an important private event, I must say that the tasting itinerary was the top, from the good food, to the wine tasting, to finish the service between waiter and sommelier, all top for over 5 stars, also to finish I gave a surprise to my wife, but the chef surprised us with the explanation of the mysterious dish which in the end was my gift for her... Everything was magnificent, I recommend it.

Our Sicily is a nice little restaurant, it doesn't have a beautiful location, but the dishes are good and well made. I've been there several times, and although it lacks detail, you won't leave disappointed

Beautiful experience, to be repeated. I had dinner and lunch in this place, a truly elegant and refined internal environment with pleasant and soft music accompanying it. Gourmet dishes, in style with ambience, highly trained staff attentive to every need. Excellent quality raw materials processed with attention and creativity. Just one piece of advice, the internal air conditioning in summer is really too low, the difference with the outside is very noticeable.
