First restaurant with Italian cuisine

We had the pleasure of dining at a restaurant that truly deserves a special mention. From the first moment, the atmosphere was delightful: the restaurant is elegant yet never pretentious, with both indoor and outdoor seating on a bright and welcoming veranda. In the evening, they also offer a gourmet tasting menu that we can't wait to try again. We started with a simple yet surprising appetizer: bruschetta with cherry tomatoes and burrata. A dish that might seem trivial, but was actually an explosion of perfectly balanced flavors and textures. The burrata was incredibly fresh, and the cherry tomatoes were sweet and fragrant, served on perfectly crusty bread. Next, spaghetti with creamed sardines and fennel: incredibly creamy, flavorful, and beautifully balanced. The bold flavor of the sardines is balanced by the delicate flavor of the fennel, giving the dish an authentic Sicilian touch. A first course we highly recommend. The dinner menu is truly extensive and carefully curated, with a rich selection of appetizers, first courses, and second courses of both meat and fish, all inspired by Sicilian tradition. There's no shortage of options, such as pizza and pizzoli, a typical local specialty that piques curiosity and further enriches the offerings. The prices are extremely affordable, with options to suit every budget, including truly interesting fixed-price options. Special mention goes to the staff, who were kind, professional, and always attentive, helping to make the experience even more enjoyable. In short: a restaurant not to be missed, perfect for a relaxed lunch or dinner. We'll definitely be back!

I was here for dinner and although the food was quite good I didn't give it 5 stars because the service was too slow. I absolutely recommend the squid ink arancini with cacio e pepe fondue and the pumpkin risotto with parmesan fondue because they were really delicious.

Il quasi è dovuto alla mancanza dei ricci e della frittura di paranza, ma capisco che col pienone del ponte del 1º maggio gli approvvigionamenti possono non essere stati rispettati come previsto. Per il resto tutto ottimo!
