High expectations, but in reality, it's a restaurant like any other. I stopped in one weeknight, and there was only one entree, without fish, drowned in tomato sauce. I asked for fillet with green peppercorns, but it was already gone by 8:30 PM. No wine list was offered; they settled for the house wine, served in water glasses. Bread wasn't brought to the table; we had to ask for it. Perhaps it's a better pizzeria than a restaurant. It's a shame because I'd heard good things about it.

We had the 3 course menue & it was a fully wonderful visit. Excellent & Quick Service (even in English language), outstanding food (seafood, meat based, vegetarian) and a very nice ambiente. That is how I expected Sicilian cuisine. Thanks!

We went here for lunch and had a great experience! The food was very good — both the entrées and main meals were delicious. The service was friendly and attentive, and everything was served fresh and nicely presented. I definitely recommend this place!

The venison ragu was a hit as a first course 👍🏻🚀 A culinary delight. The second course was supposed to be cotoletto with potatoes. The cotoletto arrived and was fine. Unfortunately, the side dish didn't arrive. Instead, we got two bread rolls from the supermarket. 😄 Still, 4 stars for the extremely good ragu

11/11/2025: A truly beautiful setting, small but very unique, right down to the smallest details. The menu's storytelling entices you. The black spaghetti didn't taste like cuttlefish; it was unsalted cotyi, and the sauce tasted like a bland puree of legumes. The carob flour pasta had a sauce that certainly didn't overpower it. The ricotta-filled saccottini were excellent; these, indeed, had an excellent sauce, flavorful and a perfect complement to the pasta. 4 first courses, water and wine (?), 4 coffees, €80, you name it.
29/10/2025: A truly excellent place; we've been customers for years, and every time is a unique experience. Excellent food, an intimate and welcoming atmosphere, and the two owners are incredibly sweet and always smiling. The dishes cater to all tastes, including many vegan options. The father and another sister are in the kitchen, and everything is family-run, using excellent local products. The quality-price ratio is always excellent. An absolute must-see for a culinary experience in the Val di Noto! 10 out of 10
