Many thanks to the team at the beautiful Sichelburg! My wife and I had lunch here for our 25th anniversary and chose the surprise menu -> everything was a hit - including the wine pairing! The ambience is beautiful and the service was first class. Here I would like to highlight our cellar - when he even saw that I had used the wrong fork for a course and he then discreetly replaced it, I was really impressed - he knows his stuff :-) Thank you! P.s.: Greatest affogato ever! ;-)

20/02/2025: Quaint Italian restaurant, the pizza was phenomenal - really, baked with real fire! The taste is a hit! A family business where the mother works in the kitchen, one son makes the pizza, the other helps in the kitchen and the daughter-in-law delivers on the moped. We would love to come back! The hike there leads through beautiful nature, past green meadows and forests - ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy the peace and beauty of the mountains. Once you reach the top, you will be rewarded with a breathtaking view that will take your breath away. The Alm itself offers an authentic, cozy atmosphere that immediately invites you to linger. The regional cuisine is a particular highlight: fresh, homemade dishes that are prepared with a lot of love. The Kaiserschmarrn and dumplings are a must! The hosts are incredibly friendly and make you feel completely comfortable. If you are looking for a place to relax, enjoy and experience nature, you will love the Hochrautalm. Absolutely recommended for hikers and connoisseurs alike!
