A very quaint and rustic restaurant, with very friendly and professional wait staff who put guests at ease while maintaining a very professional relationship. The appetizers were of the highest quality, as were the first and second courses. The dessert was also a wonderful surprise. Having traveled as a couple from Pavia, I can say that the experience was worth the trip and will definitely be worth another visit. Excellent

Found it by chance while looking for restaurants offering international cuisine. A truly excellent experience, starting with the impeccable service, the highly knowledgeable staff offering excellent advice, even to those new to Russian cuisine. Moving on to the food, from appetizers to desserts, wines, and vodka—another point of great satisfaction—it's important to know that this isn't a restaurant where you eat in quantity, but in quality, with refined and unique ingredients like elk and reindeer, which I'd been missing. The atmosphere is very refined, quiet, especially around 7:00 PM, and easy to reach on foot from a nearby underground parking lot.

What impressed me most was the service: the person who looked after us introduced each dish with passion, explaining the details and advising us with great professionalism, given that it was our first visit. A must-try when I visit Turin, Siberian cuisine is unique and very different from the more common foreign fare we're used to. The waiter gave a friend at the table a good recommendation, as she wasn't sure what to choose. I recommend trusting them and experimenting; everything is worth it, and I'm always amazed. I recommend trying the caviar, and of course, the vodka. The themed desserts are very nice. The prices are very fair for the high quality. I look forward to returning.

What can I say? An incredible experience. Chosen by chance, we'll definitely be back. The service is meticulously maintained, the staff are kind and attentive (without ever being intrusive). They even took care of my allergies. The dishes were exquisite, everything was delicious. From appetizers to dessert, including the welcome drink from the kitchen (the iced tea was incredibly good). It's a restaurant that's definitely worth the queue outside.

Being in Italy and eating Russian food sounds like a culinary crime, yet this place is exactly the kind of discovery that challenges your assumptions. We were three guests seated in what felt like a hidden cave, fully dressed as a proper restaurant, not a café by any measure. Service was efficient, attentive, and almost invisible in the best possible sense. We worked through the classics - Olivier salad, pelmeni, and ventured into the specialties: smoked deer and a Mongolian tartare. Nothing short of impressive. The chef demonstrates a rare command of Russian cuisine, balancing memory and vision in equal measure. The “GUM” dessert closed the meal as it should, with something that tasted unmistakably of Russian childhood and grandmother's kitchen. A genuine find. All the best to the team.

A very thoughtful restaurant. A bite that feels like a journey back to Russia. The salad, dumplings, and gum I ordered today were all very special and delicious! They even gave us complimentary smoked tea, which had a truly unique flavor! It's a shame they don't serve pilaf anymore! 😭
