Being in Italy and eating Russian food sounds like a culinary crime, yet this place is exactly the kind of discovery that challenges your assumptions. We were three guests seated in what felt like a hidden cave, fully dressed as a proper restaurant, not a café by any measure. Service was efficient, attentive, and almost invisible in the best possible sense. We worked through the classics - Olivier salad, pelmeni, and ventured into the specialties: smoked deer and a Mongolian tartare. Nothing short of impressive. The chef demonstrates a rare command of Russian cuisine, balancing memory and vision in equal measure. The “GUM” dessert closed the meal as it should, with something that tasted unmistakably of Russian childhood and grandmother's kitchen. A genuine find. All the best to the team.

Worth a try: excellent food, excellent service (really kind, friendly, attentive, and above all, attentive to the customer), reasonable prices. They were also very understanding in accommodating an out-of-the-box request. Recommended, especially for the quality of the ingredients.

Discovered this restaurant thanks to some friends. If you want to try something different from your usual routine, I highly recommend it. Everything is meticulously curated, the customer service is top-notch, and the staff are polite and respectful. The food, the staff, and the vodka pairings are simply fantastic. It's definitely a bit pricey, but with all due respect, that's the right price to pay for good food.

A very thoughtful restaurant. A bite that feels like a journey back to Russia. The salad, dumplings, and gum I ordered today were all very special and delicious! They even gave us complimentary smoked tea, which had a truly unique flavor! It's a shame they don't serve pilaf anymore! 😭

As someone who has lived in the Russian-speaking world for over a year, I can say that this restaurant combines the gastronomic and cultural traditions of the region with a refined, high-quality menu. The service is impeccable and attentive. Great place!

The restaurant is very well-kept, with a charming atmosphere; it's perfect for nostalgics or those seeking a taste of Russia in these difficult times. The selection of Polish vodkas and beers, Armenian wines, and more is extensive. The food is served in a gourmet style, but some dishes, unfortunately, are far from authentic. It's as if they were trying to offer something too sophisticated. The Uzbek plov, for example, tastes more like Indian curry rice, and even the desserts lack the classic blinis, medoviks, and other options.

The atmosphere is welcoming and intimate, yet the tables are large enough (even for two) to avoid intruding on other diners' personal space. The culinary offerings are unparalleled, with truly meticulous attention to the finest ingredients and culture. We ordered the dishes pictured, and we couldn't have asked for anything better: every flavor was perfectly balanced and cooked to perfection. Special mention goes to the wait staff and the owner, Stefano, who, at the end of the evening, was able to answer our questions and further increase (we didn't think it possible) our desire to return to this restaurant. Truly a restaurant of excellence, you simply must try it!
