Shooters In Roma

Stopped by for some quick food, but ended up getting more then we bargained for. Great little spot with good food and great service.

Delicious food and friendly staff!

I have to say this is our FAVOURITE restaurant in all of our Italy trip, and this is coming from a couple who has gone from the Dolomites to Venice to Bologna to Florence and finally to Rome! The staff are amazingly friendly and genuinely serve with a passionate heart. The food is wonderful, so much so that my foodie husband who never repeats a restaurant on a holiday (for fear of wasting chances of trying new restaurants…) has made us come back 3 TIMES!! we tried so many of their fantastic pastas, the amazing steak that is dry aged and flavoured so well, and the pizza too! I have to commend the carbonara for adding really crispy guanciale, and tasting so delicious. You can eat here for some really authentic italian cuisine. It is not a “tourist-trap” type of restaurant. We love it very much, thank you for making our Rome dinners so very full and satisfying.

First night in Rome and was greeted by very helpful and friendly staff who introduced the specialties in this area. Had an amazing amatriciana with generous amount of guanciale (much better than other restaurants we ate in Rome over the next few days). The florentine steak was dry aged for 30days and had a nice strong flavour. It was perfectly cooked too and went well with the roasted potatoes with rosemary. Will be going back for dinner again on our last night.

The fillet steak, cooked medium rare, was incredibly tender and delicious! Highly recommended! The porcini mushroom pappardelle was also amazing! These two dishes are perfect for Chinese palates. The pizza had a thin crust, the edges were crispy and a bit like a cracker, and the center was moist and soft. We also had Parma ham, which was a first-timer and I found quite salty, and I'm not used to fried foods either. You can't go wrong with steak and pasta!

Absolutamente increíble lugar! La comida es deliciosa! El servicio es muy rápido y amable! Llegamos allí 3 veces para una semana de visita en Roma.
