Some of the best and unique sushi I’ve ever had. A gorgeous darker, moody ambiance for some incredible sushi. Highly recommend the Black Maki and the ceviche (I ate it before I thought to photograph it). The ceviche was a perfect blend of refreshing Japanese and Italian flavors.

Describing what our experience at Shinto was is complicated in a few simple lines, but I will try to be clear and unequivocal: simply the best sushi I have ever eaten so far. To be honest, I have tried very high-level sushi throughout Italy, but never to this extent. EXCELLENT raw materials, EXCELLENT service, preparation of SUBLIME dishes. Shinto is that luxury place, where you have the feeling of being at a friend's house, and where you feel pampered by Thea's welcome, until you leave. Everything perfect. Thanks guys, because as a last dinner in the eternal city we couldn't have asked for anything better. We love you. GOOD.

Sono tornata in questo ristorante che conoscevo bene, dopo un paio d'anni e l'ho trovato peggiorato. Peccato! Ne conservavo un bel ricordo. Durante il COVID avevo spesso preso asporto da loro ed ho mangiato sempre molto bene ma questa volta non è stato così. Dei tre diversi roll provati, solo uno mi è piaciuto davvero tanto e per quanto riguarda il sashimi: 35€ per 10 pezzetti è davvero tanto, soprattutto perché il taglio ed il sapore del pesce erano assolutamente equivalenti a quelli di un buon all you can eat. Non sarà più nella mia rosa di scelte ristoranti giapponesi a Roma. Menzione per il servizio: davvero up!
