The place is cute and really comfortable. It's spotlessly clean, as is the kindness of the staff. The fish is fresh and the sushi is good. I also really enjoyed the wine. That said, I have to say there are a few things that didn't convince me, and I hope the three stars motivate the staff to do better. I'll also explain why:
1) I think keeping an eye on the tables is definitely better than making customers get up every time they need something.
2) In a mixed raw seafood platter, you can't serve shrimp without removing the intestine string (a serious flaw).
3) The pasta dishes lacked that burst of flavor; a well-made shrimp bisque really makes your taste buds soar, and unfortunately, that wasn't the case here.
I'll stop here and hope these three points are constructive criticism to help them do better.
Prices would be in line with what they'd expected if everything had been perfect.

We went 3 weeks ago, the waitress recommanded a bottle of wine (as per photo) it was good. Tempura is fresh and good, others overall is ok. But menu very less choices.

You'll find some negative reviews for this evening, but the only reason is because the restaurant had an unexpected event: the chef who had always worked there had a serious accident and was replaced at the last minute by a new one who doesn't know the recipes and is still learning. This, unfortunately, led to extremely long waits, over an hour between courses, and the customers were dissatisfied. But the truth is that the quality of the fish was unquestionable, and the restaurant manager, to make up for the damage, charged a third of the bill, more than compensating for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, these are unforeseen events that, as the word suggests, cannot be predicted, so I'll still give it a 5-star rating for the quality of the food and will certainly return once the chef has mastered the recipes.

Amazing food and service, some of the best food we have eaten since arriving in italy. Being from Australia we eat a lot of different foods and this is one of the best we have had.
