The love for their home and their cuisine can be felt as soon as you are welcomed by Sergio in our case
I went to them with some very dear friends, even though it was the first time for me, the good impression that Paola and Sergio made me make definitely exceeded my expectations.
I'm a fan of risotto, well I ate one of the best risottos I've ever eaten, the risotto is just an example.
Everything else fantastic! Including a bottle of San Colombano recommended by Carlotta, a very dear sommelier friend who was at the table with us

Dopo quasi un anno dalla precedente visita, ieri sono tornato qui a pranzo assieme a mia moglie, nostro nipote quattordicenne e nostra nuora (nostro figlio era a Roma per un congresso).
Come ci aspettavamo è stato un ritorno eccellente.
Appena accomodati siamo stati accolti con una crocchetta di riso. Abbiamo poi condiviso un tagliere di ottimi salumi e uno di altrettanto ottimi formaggi con miele e chutney di cipolle.
Siamo passati poi ai primi: per mia moglie degli gnocchi rossi (alla barbabietola) con lime e gamberetti, per gli altri tre risotto con carciofi, fave e pecorino di fossa. Il giovanotto, poi, aveva ancora fame ed ha ordinato il petto di faraona agli agrumi con purè di patate e finocchi e chutney di ribes e albicocche.
Per dessert una semisfera al pistacchio e arancia rossa, un tiramisù della casa e un sorbetto; assieme ai caffè alcuni biscottini.
Da bere un calice di vino per me e tre bottiglie di acqua minerale. Compresi due caffè abbiamo speso 183,50 Euro. Prezzo adeguato alla qualità delle materie prime impiegate, alla cura nella loro preparazione e al risultato finale.
Ancora una segnalazione per il loro cestino del pane (anche se ieri mancavano i tarallucci...).
Torneremo senz'altro, presto!

Fantastic experience! to remember and definitely to do again.
The restaurant is located in the historic center of Corbetta.
The intimate, welcoming environment makes you feel at home. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail.
Paola, Sergio and the staff were very friendly and attentive, we felt pampered and they even made us find a gift on the table for the evening, much appreciated.
The excellent cuisine
each course is an explosion of flavours, you can perceive the creative work and research of the ingredients, made with care and elegance.
I highly recommend trying the experience.

Locale accogliente, raffinato ma non ingessato, situato all'interno di una villa storica. Ambiente che richiama la storia, rilassante, piacevole. Accoglienza ottima, servizio efficiente ma mai invadente, informale ma molto professionale. Cibo ottimo, con il bollito che merita davvero una menzione particolare. Ci torneremo sicuramente, è stata davvero una bella esperienza ☺️

A surprise discovered through friends and former work colleagues, who I must thank because after this experience it will be a location that I will propose to anyone who asks me "can you recommend a place to go to eat"?
After this introduction I must say that Paola and her husband are fantastically kind, professional and welcoming.
As for lunch, it was an already established menu but I must say it was a delicacy full of flavours. A round of applause for the risotto which is fantastic...
Sherbet, continue like this and you will only receive positive reviews and testimonials.

An experience to remember
I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and was really satisfied. Each course was a discovery, but the dish that struck me most was the risotto with pumpkin, mustard and hazelnuts, the "gem", the mustard is homemade, and adds a unique touch, perfectly balancing sweetness and flavor.
Bread and breadsticks are prepared by hand, this is proof of how much attention is paid to every detail.
Paola is an excellent hostess, I was so enthusiastic that with each course I asked her to give my compliments to the cook.
Definitely a place I recommend and where I hope to return soon!

Interesting theater of mine with avant-garde proposals. You can have dinner before the show at the Olinda bistro. Advised.

Elegant and discreet place.
Refined and very good appetizers. Had a second risotto (red turnip and pecorino/pumpkin and mustard), good. Second course braised meat with polenta; the meat tender but not very tasty and the polenta a little soft
