the pizza is very good and rich, even the dough is light and pleasant, the tomato sauce very tasty and certainly the ingredients are of high quality. however the ortolana pizza with vegetables should in my opinion be reviewed and rethought... on top there were boiled vegetables including carrots... not really good for a pizza. among other things being boiled they soaked the slices of pizza that melted immediately and lost that good crunchiness of the dough. also I had asked for a genuine one replacing the ham with something else that in fact they replaced. however they omitted some other normal ingredients of the pizza and the price remained the same unchanged.

There were some nice cuts of meat, but not much fish.
The terrace could be more invitingly furnished.

Siamo stati, come sempre quando scendiamo a Loano, in questo locale, ma questa volta uso la recensione per ringraziare pubblicamente lo staff, meritevole, di aver omaggiato nostro figlio di un primo piatto; mi spiace solo essermene accorto una volta rientrato a casa. Le persone di cuore e i piccoli gesti vanno premiati sempre. Grazie del pensiero siete speciali. Lunga vita a Voi!

Per chi sta in porto con la propria barca e’ una tappa obbligata quella a Shardana.
Il livello qualitativo è assolutamente eccellente.
Curiosamente, stando in porto, i gestori hanno voluto strizzare l’occhio anche alle carni ovviamente con frollature di altissimo livello.
Genuine le preparazioni come la panissa/lardo di patanegra.
Variò il menù terra e mare, ho assaggiato molte cose sempre di gran livello.
Ampia la cantina: andrebbero scelti i vini del territorio e dunque Rossese, Vermentino e Pigato, tutti validi.
Nota di merito al Brandacujun, piatto tipico ligure dei pescatori a base di baccalà: le donne non lo amano per via dell’aglio, ma da Shardana potrebbero ricredersi perché c’è (non si può farne a meno!!!) ma non è devastante!
Veramente una tappa obbligata!!

Restaurant at the port with quality food. Refined dishes with particular foods such as broad beans in the "hot seafood dish" together with prawns, calamari, mussels, carrots, tomatoes. Delicate and not at all greasy fried anchovies. For those who don't eat fish, there is an excellent selection of land dishes. Cutalello with really quality potato focaccias. The Tarte Tatin with delicate ice cream and finally Pernambuco sorbet. On some days they also make delicious gourmet pizzas. Fast service. Prices appropriate to quality and location.
There is a large car park (at the port) which has an agreement with the restaurant, if I remember correctly for a 3 hour stay.
