A fantastic location. Great staff. Fantastic food.

We discovered this small wine shop in early September during our stay in Santa Teresa di Gallura and were thrilled. Overlooking the town's main street, just outside the city center, this small and quaint establishment exudes a distinct Sardinian identity, a harbinger of an experience—at least for us—that was bound to be absolutely positive! The staff is young and dynamic, and the menu, from appetizers to desserts, including wines, is typically regional. We sampled the characteristic panadas, an excellent and generous platter of local cured meats made from Sardinian wild boar and pecorino cheese (at least three different ages), accompanied by honey, jam, and carasau bread; pappardelle with wild boar ragù (Sardinian, of course); and a genuine and highly appreciated Isola dei Nuraghi IGT red wine, which I highly recommend as a good balance between quality and price. Traditional sweets, coffee, and myrtle liqueur. We loved it all! The products are authentic and, in my opinion, of excellent quality, and the cuisine was simple, flavorful, and expertly prepared. The price was proportionate to the quality of what we tasted, absolutely in line with the prices for this region during the period in question. We loved Santa Teresa di Gallura so much that we're planning a future that will allow us to experience it even more, and Enoteca Shardana will undoubtedly be a staple of our every visit. A special mention goes to Anita, the waitress who looked after us during dinner: helpful, attentive, and enthusiastic, she gives the impression of loving what she does! An added value for this place where everything works so well. Well done!

We came as a couple in September. We had a great meal, a charcuterie board for two, and a fantastic Cannonau rosé 😉. The waitress was fantastic (fantastic 😉😂). So we went back the next day and tried the wild boar pasta; everything was delicious. A great place, I recommend it without hesitation; it's a change from tourist restaurants.

Wonderful place and the attention of its staff, the food and the prices make this place a must-visit. The original food of the region is unmatched!!

A very good value charcuterie board, we also liked the pasta and the sunny terrace was very charming.

The location, staff, wine and antipasti are great - but the pasta wasn‘t really good, it tasted like the noodles were from yesterday

Menu chiarissimo ed intrigante. Prodotti tipici sardi Da non perdere la confettura di mirto. Gentilissimi i gestori .

Locale di piccole dimensioni ma dall’atmosfera accogliente e famigliare, con una bottega attigua dove poter acquistare prodotti sardi tipici. Il menù prevede alcuni piatti caldi e vari taglieri di salumi, formaggi e pesce. Noi abbiamo preso pappardelle, cinghiale in umido e filetto di tonno. Complessivamente ottimi sapori.
