We visited this wine bar with the family and have been back three times! The platter of Sardinian products is simply exceptional, as are the artichokes, among the best we've ever eaten. You can feel the passion in every detail: from the meticulous cuisine to the selection of ingredients, to the warm, attentive, and friendly service. All at a truly excellent price, below average for the area. An authentic place, where you'll gladly return because they make you feel at home and the food is truly delicious. Dining at Shardana was the highlight of our Sardinian holiday. In a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere, we were served traditional dishes, from the cured meats and cheeses platter (strictly accompanied by honey and myrtle jam!) to the wild boar stew, a true delight for our palates, and finally the Seada and myrtle liqueur (fantastic)!
A must-visit if you're in Santa Teresa di Gallura to experience the true essence of authentic Sardinian flavors. Try it and believe it.

I can only say that in seven days in Santa Teresa, it was the only place where we ate well and spent a fair amount. You can see the passion and love for Sardinia...congratulations.

Just all out great! Very friendly and not pushy in any way. Food was fantastic and authentic, we had a shared starter platter and then the boar ragu pappardelle and also the boar stew. Amazing flavours and cooked perfect. Warning, the ragu is super rich, you might struggle to finish all for one person! Delicious! We tried four different wines as well, cannonau in various versions. Great! Thank you Shardana!! Recommended must visit in Santa Teresa!

Locale di piccole dimensioni ma dall’atmosfera accogliente e famigliare, con una bottega attigua dove poter acquistare prodotti sardi tipici. Il menù prevede alcuni piatti caldi e vari taglieri di salumi, formaggi e pesce. Noi abbiamo preso pappardelle, cinghiale in umido e filetto di tonno.
Complessivamente ottimi sapori.
