SHARDAN Lounge-bar & Restaurant In Tertenia

We visited twice, once for breakfast (cappuccino and croissant with vanilla cream) and once for dinner (a kind of boiled beef with potatoes and grilled vegetables and Sardinian ravioli). Breakfast: Excellent, and we'll definitely come back for breakfast :) The service was also great! Dinner: Everything tasted perfect, but everything was lukewarm, and the oven-baked potatoes were certainly not freshly prepared, as they were still cold inside and lukewarm on the outside. The grilled vegetables were initially forgotten but then served very quickly upon our request, and they were also only lukewarm – as were the meat and the ravioli – perhaps these dishes are eaten lukewarm (?). Evening service: The waitress was very attentive, and we tried to speak Italian, but somehow I don't think our waitress spoke any Italian (?-maybe Spanish?). I wanted to order a lemonade, but she said they didn't serve any (a restaurant without Lemon Soda or Fanta?) – well, there are worse things :) The ambiance is, of course, unbeatable. Beware of the many mosquitoes/gnats in the evening – wear long clothing :)

I honestly dont know why this place has only 4.3 pn google. It has probably best view in Sardinia and the best pistacio croissant i have eaten. Its a wonderfull place to stay and just enjoy a momemnt. I cluld spend here whole day just reading books and not to move.

We were there last Tuesday for an early dinner and were thoroughly satisfied. The terrace overlooking the sea is beautiful and invites you to linger – a real highlight, especially at sunset. The risotto with prawns and oranges (approx. €22) was an absolute hit – creative, delicious, and definitely an experience. The Sardinian culurgiones with tomato sauce (approx. €18) were also delicious, albeit a bit plainer than the risotto. A portion of pasta with tomato sauce was spontaneously prepared for our little daughter, even though it wasn't on the menu – very child-friendly and attentive. The drinks were also impressive: the Aperol Spritz was excellent, and the house wine was also good. The service was friendly and attentive. Although the chef wasn't there when we arrived early (5 p.m.), that's not unusual in Italy – we still felt well looked after. Overall, a very pleasant, personal atmosphere. Conclusion: Beautiful location, great food and family-friendly service – we give it 5 stars.
